All the food on the menu was delicious sounding so I had 3 appetizers the first time I ate there. And I can tell you the bisque, salad with fried goat cheese balls and the crab cakes were very tasty.

The deck is right next to the tall ship Elissa. We arrived too late for the museum, but had drinks and appetizers on the deck of fisher mans wharf and could see the ship beautifully as well as a few dolphins in the bay.

The view is industrial and the food was edible at best. We ordered the appetizer shrimp kisses, outstanding! I ordered a daily fish and the hubby got the fried catfish. Food was lukewarm and under seasoned. Our server Misty and the shrimp kisses were the best. Extremely disappointed in the meal. Will not be returning

Located at Pier 22 in Galvestone downtown, near Strand St., Fisherman's Wharf offers a good choice of food, both meat and fish like crab tilapia, grilled salmon(very good), grilled tuna. Most of all fish dishes. With two XX beers, a wonderful homemade bread pudding served with vanilla icecream and a small mug of root beer we spent $32 each. Restaurant... More

I say nearly awful because you can get decent oysters on the halfshell and clam chowder here. I've eaten here three times over the years and only the first time was by my choice. I was forced to return last Saturday due to a family obligation. The crab cake tastes like a mush of soggy breadcrumbs with a hint of... More

We chose Fisherman's Wharf at the suggestion of the front desk staff at our hotel. We were staying on the seawall side of the island, so this area was unfamiliar to us. It's on the harbor side, near where the cruise ships dock. The restaurant has a lovely deck in back, and we had a corner table with an amazing... More

We went during happy hour, which was so affordable and yummy! The menu seemed a little high priced for us so we took complete advantage of a local food, good drinks, and a more affordable price. If you love shrimp a must try is the Shrimp Kisses! The view is beautiful but parking in that area is insane, but it's... More

Sunset. Martini. Corner table. On the deck on the water. Dolphins surfacing nearby. Wonderful dinner and service. Reasonable prices. Life was very good that memorable evening. Try the golden tile (a deep water fish, I was told).

Location is really nice. Located right on the harbor. Parking provided with validation. Able to eat on the patio and enjoy the dolphins and pelicans in the bay. It sits right next to the Elisa tall ship. Food was pretty good. Drinks lacked something. With 2 appetizers, 3 meals and 3 drinks it was $$$. Signs state "do not feed... More
