Restaurant was easy to locate off the tourist path. Eat where the locals eat. Food was fresh and fast. I only had the shrimp po-boy, but spoke with other customers who stated they enjoyed the food they had. Price was nice. I would definitely return to this establishment.

Order at the kitchen counter, grab a seat and fresh seafood quick. the shrimp here is fabulous. Peel and eat, boiled or fried. Awesome Po Boy sandwiches. Fried oyster Po Boy a must. Great deal!

Don't expect many frills in this order before your seated place. They do have decent food, I did not ask if it was locally harvested. The patio is quite nice when weather permits

A couple of local residents recommended this place, but our experience was disappointing. The fried shrimp was heavily battered, and the fries and hushpuppies were subpar. The price was right, but the food was not so good.

We visited Shrimp & Stuff restaurant in Galveston on a Sunday afternoon. It is in town and not on the beach and to me that was a good sign (not a tourist trap). When we arrived we lucked up on a parking spot. Parking is on the street. You go in and order at a window. The menu is on... More

Called in tonight to try it while visiting Galveston. I had shrimp poboy and my wife had popcorn shrimp. Food was ready quickly and the outside seating area is really great. Food was average. Sweet potato fries were tasteless and shrimp was a little batter heavy. Can't really understand the fuss and wouldn't return. Parking is available right outside.

Hotel recommended we go here for lunch while waiting to check in for our room. My wife and I both had shrimp Po'boy and for $6.99 we thought it was a good deal. Bread was soft and fried shrimp was flavorful. It was a nice day so we sat outside on the patio to eat. Overall it was a nice... More

This restaurant was recommended to us at our resort. Alot of locals eat there and it was terribly crowded after lunch. The only bad thing I can say is that it is mostly fried foods.

This is a funky local restaurant that is island life embodied. Food is basic but good, plentiful and inexpensive. It is in a residential area and looks like it has been there for years. Shrimp baskets, fish, oysters...you name it, they got it and with great slaw and fries and a cold beer, you won't go wrong or hungry!
