Monday night in July. Very busy - waited a bit for a table for 8. Had drinks at the bar. The teens went across to pleasure pier and road rides. Finally got a table upstairs outside. View was amazing. Beautiful evening. Had shrimp queso and buffalo popcorn shrimp appetizers. They were really good. Loved the buffalo shrimp. I had the... More

We went to the Galveston Pleasure Pier and this restaurant was right across the street. The food was very good. I had the baked potato soup and the catfish basket. The waiter was fast and friendly. Make sure you bring your parking ticket inside to get it validated. We had to go back to the car and come back so... More

Worst place I've been in a very long time! I had a large piece of glass in my salad that I didn't see till it was too late and cut the inside of my mouth! When I called the manager over she didn't seem to care at all and never even apologized. The food was bad and the wait staff... More

Very friendly, hard working, happy staff. You can escape the family area by going to the bar on the upper floor.

Truly enjoyed Fish Tales on our vacation to Galveston Island. The fish and chips are amazing and the portion was more than enough. Located directly across form Paradise Pier you can find yourself relaxing on the deck while listening to the sound of laughter from the pier. Wonderful family atmosphere. Word of caution: if you dine outside be ready to... More

We have eaten here before on trips to Galveston for our cruises, so figured the kids would enjoy it too. Frankly, we were disappointed in 4/5ths of meals and 100% of the service. The amount of food was not as advertised on the menu, but the quality was okay. Only one of the dishes we ordered came out as expected... More

The food was very good and the service was great. The only thing was our waiter did not validate our parking ticket and ended up paying $10 for parking.

I'm one to rave about great service because even with the food being mediocre at best, fantastic service will keep you coming back. My boyfriend and I went to galveston last week for a couple of days and this was our first meal while there. We initially were going to go to Bubba Gump across the street but decided last... More

We ate lunch here our first day in Galveston. It took a very long time to get our food and it's very overpriced! Food was not great either. I would suggest eating somewhere else!
