Our first experience at ShyKatz Deli-Cafe was unbelievable!!! All of the food dishes we ordered were fantastic. Freshly prepared and amazingly delicious. We went around lunchtime and the place filled up fast. We were lucky to get there in time to order and find a table for the our family of five. The service and attention was unmatched anywhere else... More

If you are looking for a light lunch with a lot of fun options, try Shykatz. The decor is mismatched and homey, and the service is all focused on helping the customers customize their orders to get exactly what they want. Seems to be family-owned and operated. The desserts looked amazing, but we were too full from the creamy potato... More

On an island of really great food, this small cafe offers some of the best sandwiches and breakfast available. The homemade sweets are also incredible. While somewhat off the beaten track, the search is worth it.

Loved the food! They serve breakfast and lunch and my party wanted both so was a great fit. You order at the counter and they bring the food. Get there early as it was very busy. The ruben sandwiches were excellent as was the soup. Pancakes are some of the best. We will go back soon!

Great breakfast, toast from fresh baked bread, uber friendly staff, and funky atmosphere. If you want to get away from the Seawall and visit somewhere locals frequent too, this is the perfect choice. I'll be back - want to try something sweet.

Had breakfast and it was wonderful like always. The food was excellent. They have great coffee like always, the bacon is a thick cut. The laddies that work there are so nice. I always get a good laugh at some of the signs they have on the wall.

Seldom do I miss a week eating breakfast or lunch at Shykatz. If you drove by Shykatz for the first time you might think about keeping on going. But don't! Great everyday food and some not so everyday. Owners are friendly and the best cooks ever. Stop by and eat sometime. You won't be disappointed!

Loved the food and the enteiror is so much different than what you may imagine from the outside. Not open on Sundays. I would love to go back and try their French Toast. Looked awesome.

We ordered the chicken salad sandwich to split two ways. It was served already halved on separate plates with two pickle spears. It was tasty and garnished with romaine and tomato on a croissant. The croissant was fresh and flaky, I'll remember to try it by itself with coffee on another visit. And speaking of coffee, they have a Dewee... More
