Been here a few times and really enjoy the Gyros and cucumber sauce. I like to make a meal out of various smaller dishes - hummus, stuffed grape leavers, lamb meat. Saganaki - flaming cheese is one of my faves - extinguished with fresh lemon. Unless they have changed to a metal plate that sizzles the cheese...skip it....not in favor... More

I have visited this establishment many times and keep going back. They have great gyros packed with meat. Also I enjoy their gyro pizza along with their white pizza. I did splurge one evening on lamb chops which were excellent, and their staff helped recommend wines to accomodate my dinner as well as dessert. The bread pudding is one of... More

We were given a tip that this little restaurant was a gem, with good food, and we all, about nine of us, crashed the place just before quittin' time, and they were very helpful, did not mind, and the food was good. We enjoyed the atmosphere, as well.

This Galveston restaurant is a favorite of tourists with time on their hands waiting for departure. The restaurant enjoys a good business because of its location near the cruise ship docks. The food and service are average with an above average price. I recently had dinner there and ordered a Greek salad which the menu characterized as having Kalimatti olives.... More

We enjoyed all our food, but it was kind of salty. The salads and dressing were great - love the dressing. I got the Zeus appetizer plate - dolma were tender, hummus good but needed lemon, the garlic dip should keep vampires away! It was good but glad we ate it together.... Guys shared an Olympia platter - they enjoyed... More

Good food on the sea wall...had a shrimp gyro- very nice. However, everyone in the restaurant were chilled by blowing cold air from the vents. Chilly days do occur in Galveston and management should have addressed this issue rather than constantly moving patrons from table to table. It is not the intention of patrons to have to wear coats while... More

Found this hidden restaurant and took a chance, and was well worth it! It is in a strip center, not well lit...but after getting past that, the rest of the visit was great. The decor is completely Greek in nature, with various pictures, and Greek architecture. The service is good, and very courteous staff. The speed of our food being... More

Service is excellent, people are friendly. Food cost is reasonable. The Greek lasagna is beyond yummy!!!! My mom said the chicken soup was the best she's ever had. We started with the tzitki dip- cool, refreshing, the pita bread was delicious too!! We will definitely be back!!!!

The food here was a little better than average, and a Greek twist was a very nice change of pace if you travel for a living. Prices were o.k. and the service got a little behind, but they tried. Parking is always an issue if the place is busy in Galveston. Overall a good meal.

My family loves Mediterranean food and they are hard to find in Texas. My husband and son found this on a trip they made to Galveston and were determined that I should go eat there too! The evening specials were a good deal and very good. The lemon soup was delicious. I loved the atmosphere with so many families filling... More
