Small town grocery store carries the basic necessities. The meat market has a fresh supply of good looking meats, sausages, and jerky at fair market prices. And then there's the restaurant portion of the store... About 16 tables (a mix of booths and red-and-white check tablecloth covered picnic tables) are filled with local regulars and visitors alike. During our visit,... More

I have been buying my BBQ from Dozier's for years. They have the best ribs in the Houston area. Although it is a drive from Houston, it is worth it. Also, if you like to hunt deer, they process the meat better than anyone else in the area.

We visited the BBQ joint for lunch and loved the turkey BBQ sandwich and ice tea. It's a simple, no-nonsense country place that serves staples like turkey and beef BBQ sandwiches, homemade pie, ice tea and corn. I enjoyed fixing my sandwich up with onions, relish, lettuce and pickled jalapeños from the self-serve bar. A glass of ice tea went... More

YUMMY food! Been here for years and is definitely a place to add to your dining choices in the Fulshear area. Service is quick. Prices are very reasonable.Portions are good sized. Many choices and side to select from as well as groceries and special unique items not found at regular grocer's. Try it and you will always go back for... More

Dozier's has been the place to go for Bar B Q and groceries for decades in Fulshear. Good Bar B Q for good prices and the standard groceries you need on the run. Open every day now and they deserve to stay open a lot longer as Fulshear grows bigger and busier.

Dozier's is a place that has been around forever, unlike places in Houston. The menu is simple...its BBQ. Pick your meat, your sides and eat. Sauce is not my favorite but it works. Go, eat and enjoy. Not open for late dinners, go at lunch or late afternoon.

Dozier's is a landmark in Fulshear - folks have been coming here for years - long before Fulshear start growing into a suburban outpost. Their BBQ is great - and there is a stand where you can add onions, pickled okra, pickles, onion, etc. They have lots of unique canned goods - take the time to look around. Finally -... More

The brisket was quite good here with a nice smoke ring, crusty bark and luscious rendered fat. The ribs, and turkey were anything but good, however as they were smokeless. The turkey in particular was not good as it seemed to be a slice of deli turkey that had been heated up. The sausage was good but I was looking... More
