Great BBQ

Rudy's is a fun place to eat and is very reasonable. You purchase your meat by the pound. We had pork ribs and turkey which was excellent. Corn is sweet and is an excellent side. Some times at noon you can get Prime Rib for half price. Any Rudy's has the same good food.

I have been eating at Rudy's for several years so it is my pleasure to write this review. This is a go to staple for big parties, lunches at the office, and when I am doing a low carb meal plan. The brisket is one of the best. I must say you really can't go wrong with any of their... More

The brisket was fair, some fat & gristle. The brisket is not as good as at Three Forks or Spring Creek BBQ in Frisco, TX. I didn't like the baked beans due to too much chili powder in them.

In Texas, barbecue refers to smoked meat...make that, smoked beef. Oh, sausage also, perhaps, and sometimes smoked turkey. And Rudy's serves it up without frills. From the moment they put a couple of sheets of butcher paper (your "plates") into the plastic basket that holds your food, you know you're getting real Texas barbecue. We like their lean chopped beef... More

Enjoyed one of many great dinners here. The atmosphere is great – casual and fun. Seating is spacious – you don’t feel crowded in by other customers. Order at the counter and bring your food to one of many tables. It is hard to recommend one type of food. I have tried all the meats and enjoyed them all. The... More

Yes there is such a thing. Ordered a few bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burritos and there was so much bacon the burrito almost was uneatable. Yes, I still finished both. By time I got home with the burritos, the bag was leaking with bacon grease from the bottom which made a mess. Good but they went overkill.

The first time my cousin pulled up to the gas station to take us for dinner I thought he was out of his mind. Turns out, it was one of the best bbq joints I've eaten at to this day. At Rudy's you skip the bells and whistles and get right down to the good stuff - the food. This... More

We ate here after an event at the Toyota stadium next door. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from 'gas station bbq' but I was pleasantly surprised and I couldn't believe how reasonably priced it was. I know some BBQ places one person can't even get out for $20 and two of us ate a ton for only $22.00.... More

The barbeque is always good from location to location. Their sauce is my favorite and though I am not a big creamed corn guy, their creamed corn is the best in the world!
