Good food, average service, decor

Food was good but the portion of the food making it difficult to try different entres from the menu. Food was good quality but the service seemed very overwhelmed and took a lot of time. Went there for my son's birthday so wanted a bit more service level which was missing.

No AC at entrance which is pretty miserable when you need to wait an hour in 100 degree temperatures! So help is miserable and have an attitude! Almost had a heat stroke yet many many tables open - just not enough help - poor staffing where is the manager? Food good and server good but overall experience terrible - won't... More

Went with wife and daughter for dinner. Had tag team trainer and trainer. Trainee could not remember anything, even when asked repeatedly. Food was ok, but the slow, crappy, inaccurate service ruined the meal for us. It was like a joke, what is he going to forget next, what else will come out wrong? We understand that people need to... Personally I love eating here. The atmosphere is fun, you can be loud like in an Italian family home w/o having to worry, because it's the norm. My favorite dish is the Eggplant Parm and the Calamari as an appetizer. Their sangria is really good as well. Try to get the pope table or the kitchen table for a different... More

Went there on a date with my now wife. We love giving restaurants a chance. In Frisco, TX there are so many options to eat you have to bring your "A" game in order to compete with the competition, or you will be left in the dust. Unfortunately this place has fallen off the wagon long ago. The service was... More

This was our first visit, loved the setting, the music was perfect, the food was incredibilily delicious. Mash potatoes were smooth and creamy, perfectly made. The Chicken Rigatoni, had the perfect seasoning. Oh so good.

I'd eat here more often if it weren't just my husband & myself. The food is great but the portions are family size. They have a nice wine selection. It's a great place to go with a family. They walk you thru the kitchen & the million pictures on the walls are great fun to check out.

The restaurant has a funny smell to it. Like used dish towels that haven't been rinsed in a while. The hosts at the front weren't very professional, but perhaps they were just having fun with all the prom kids. The food lacks flavor; and the waitress never once checked on us despite it not being busy. Prices are high, because... More

Went to dinner with a group of friends, crazy environment and very busy place. Great service from the staff and the food was family style, reasonable and enjoyable. Would recommend it to others.
