IKEA furniture store is amazing as a first time visit.

Never been so we went when we stayed in Plano. I didn't plan to buy anything but our group of 5 spent about $200. I guess that's the idea.... It's big! You are lead through the store on a route so you almost have to visit each section. It's not a place where you walk in and go to your... read more

Our foreign exchange student from Norway really wanted some Swedish meatballs so we stopped for lunch. She said the meatballs tasted just like the ones she gets at Ikea in Sweden. I really enjoyed the stuffed chicken breast with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The chocolate cake was Yummy! Food is served cafeteria style. Prices are reasonable. There are no... More

Who would think that you could shop for furniture and have a great meal in the same store? Ikea's cafeteria is really pretty good! I hop over there and grab take out sometimes.

The food there was actually tasty and not too expensive after 3 hours of shopping. Yes, plan to be there a while! Lots to see and buy and very cheap! decent quality as well. They do offer daycare, but for only and hour or so but that usually has an hour wait as well to get your kid in. My... More

I traveled from Irving to Frisco to explore this furniture store and it was worth it. The store is huge and you will find everything and anything you want. However, the current offers they had were not so appealing to me. Their ever-so-busy restaurant is good and clean having a wide eating area with decent menu options. I tasted the... More

The store is huge and marvelous with everything you need wrapped up in one visit! They even deliver to your home. I cannot wait to visit again. All types of furniture and types of storage.

I LOVE this store! You can find almost anything there and for a great price! Be prepared though, wear comfortable shoes and be ready to walk, a lot. I spent 4 hours there and I'm sure I missed seeing many fantastic items to buy.

The food was surprisingly excellent--even down to the chicken tenders and corn bread which Ikea isn't famous for serving. Expect to spend $8-9/person. We started by sampling the vegetarian "meatballs" that were offered when we got off the escalator to the second floor. They were actually pretty good, but my husband came to try the main attraction--Swedish meatballs. He got... More

We drove from Arlington one day to get my daughter some shelves in some bright colors for her room. They had some in stock and we were pleased with them. We didn't check them all like we should and a couple were damaged but my hubby just turned them over and you can't tell. They definitely have some unique products.
