Great Greek food!

One of my favorite Greek restaurants. Great service and good food. We go there on a regular basis. The Dolmades are awesome and a must.

Had the Mana Mou. Everything I had on the plate was excellent. Portions were generous. Price isn't cheap, but reasonable. Wife loved her Gyro Salad.

I have eaten here 4 times and each time has been the same. WONDERFUL. I had the avgolemono Soup and the Domathes avgolemono and the wife had the mousaka and they were almost as good as my Yai Yai use to make. We had a very enjoyable time and the wait staff was attentive and warm.

Nice casual and friendly atmosphere. I tried the Giro platter with a Greek salad. The greens were fresh and crisp. The dressing complemented the salad. A nice way to start the meal. The Giro meat was moist, thinly sliced and had a seasoning that was slightly assertive and enhanced the flavor of the meat. The tatziki sauce paired well with... More

Greek potatoes are delicious, and they have the best gyros I've had in the area. All of the food is good, although some times the portions seem a little bit small. It can get a little pricey considering it is really just homestyle Greek food, but it's still delicious! It is BYOB, so don't forget to bring your own. The... More

We have visited Platia's on multiple occasions, including several take out runs. Our kids don't have the most adventuresome tastes but love the kids menu Gyro meals. Our personal favorites are the Greek Salads piled high with Gyro meat. The dressing is tart and snappy when paired with the traditional Taziki (sp?) cucumber and yogurt dip and the portions are... Good place for "Greek" grub, and fairly authentic. The Mana Mou platter is a very good sampler with Pastasio, Dolmades, Shish Kebab (not so greek), and sides. It is likely more Arabic/Muslim/Lebanese than Greek (Greek muslims?), since what would normally be pork souvlaki is here instead chicken souvlaki and pork is conspicuosuly nowhere on the menu. But it is still... More

This was my second trip to this wonderful establishment. My husband loves their food and enjoys their yiro platter. I have both a milk and a rosemary allergy, which can make Greek dining difficult. Nico, our waiter, took excellent care of me. I ordered the Greek salad--no feta, no dressing. He brought me olive oil and fresh lemons to top... More

The food is Great, the wait staff is ALWAYS GREAT! The reason I am giving it 3 stars this time is because of the arrogant, rude, impolite owner. We had a family (4) ladies BYOB Christmas Party, we ordered appetizers, dinner and dessert, everything was wonderful. Now I must admit we did stay there for 3 1/2 hours (6:30 -10),... More

We chose Platia for a family meal. Six of us ate our fill of a delicious variety of foods for less than$100. It's good but a little on the salty side for me so we are not regulars. Don't fill up on the pita because the portions are large!
