We visited this place for lunch , the food was just awesome. Even though the vegetarian options were limited they were good. The vegetarian platter offered a pretty good introduction of cuisine, peta bread was so soft and warm. The bakalava was awesome too, will visit again for sure.

We are regular patrons here. The food is very good and typically so is the service. However, my husband asked for an extra side of tzatiki to finish off his gyro platter and we noticed a charge on our bill for it. I can understand an extra charge if ordering an extra with takeout...but when you are dining there and... More

The food is incredible, and portions large enough for sharing. BYOB for only a $3 corkage fee! Our first visit the service was fantastic, with the waiter being very enthusiastic about the food and about making recommendations. The next time it was sub-par, no personality or interest on the part of the server.

I wish this ace were closer to my home because we would eat there weekly. The Greek salad is huge and the hummus and pita bread is to die for. They also have a really great gyro sandwich. Frisco is so lucky to have Platia!

Stopped for lunch and wanted to stay for supper ! Between the three of us we sample the gyro, which, I must say, is one of the best I've had since leaving Chicago. My wife had the lunch - chicken plate, which was simple, tasty and plenty of food. Heather went with a vegetarian-sampler plate, and again, almost too much... More

Came here on business. Menu had typical Greek food items. Ordered a greek salad which was good and came with warm pita bread. Entree was half greek chicken with lima beans and greek potatos. Chicken was hot and tasty. Lima beans were good and better than the green beans. Prices moderate. Service was very good.

No matter what you order, you can't go wrong. I love the falafel or the moussakas. My husband can't get enough of the gyro platter. The service is top notch, and the food arrives quickly and is always fresh. Check out their Greek green beans. I had no idea green beans and seasoned tomato could taste so good. Food here... More
