It feels like a nice family owned restaurant. Food are good, big portions. Friendly service. They don't sell any wine there so make sure you bring your own. They charge about $2.50 per bottle to drink your own wine.

Good Hummus Plate for appetizer. Entrees tasty with sides of green beans, lima beans, potatos or rice. Lamb kabob was good. I would pass on the flat iron steak next time.

My husband goes to Greece almost every summer and I have gone a couple of times. The gyros are just like I remember in Greece. My husband says this is the closest to true Greek food he has found in the Dallas area. He loved the Saganaki and the Lamb Souvlaki Platter.

My husband and I love Greek food and have tried many places in the city. We used to think zorba's was the best, but we stumbled upon an even better place...Platia's! The gyro meat is very tasty and thinly sliced which we like and the service is fast and friendly.

Nice modern decor with a gracious host who made us feel very welcome. Classic Greek food, prepared right. BYOB, so very economical as well. It is obvious that everyone at this establishment takes pride in what they are doing.

Hubby and I went with Groupon. He loves gyros and so do I. The food was excellent and so was the staff. Can't wait to go back and try the lamb chops that are so talked about. Sorry "Wrangler_fun" wasn't excited about the chicken. I loved mine and I am extremely picky. Oh, and the dessert was to die for.... More

We got the gyro plate and a chicken gyro. Both where good. I would said this is a good place for lunch. The gyro meat was very good. Chicken meat was ok but not outstanding.

All opinion... Awesome Greek food by a small family. You will find meat stuffed dolmas and several other Greek favorites here. I have had better Greek food, but without driving to far corners of Dallas, this is pretty good. Try the Mana Mou platter, it has a little of everything. The staff is awesome and really cares about the customer... More
