A beautiful ride to a fabulous burger...

Well worth the drive & a beautiful one at that. Had a enormous burger and the onion rings. Delicious. One of the best yet! Waitress (Kim) was so amazing & friendly. The only downside is that it can be awkward the first time there. I watched numerous parties, families and couples come in and they... read more

After a nice scenic drive around Fredericksburg, Alamo Springs was the perfect place to stop for a meal. Besides the great hamburgers, the crunchy fries were so yummy! They are battered like onion rings (which were also tasty) and fried to perfection. Served with ranch dressing, these are a must have!!!

Very far off beaten path but well worth the trek! Best burger I have had in quite some time! We also had the onion rings and crunchy fries (the orders are big!) and they were delicious

We ate here after having a look at the Old Tunnel. My cheeseburger and fries were awesome. Waitress was great and a lot of fun. We will be back!

Didn't expect a burger to be that big. The meat was thick, I remember it like a stack with the bun. Too big for me to bite on it. I asked for a little slice of it. My husband loved it, I thought it was okay.

This was a great little place in the middle of no where! We had found it on trip advisor and gave it a try. We went on Friday night and then back on Saturday night! We had our 90lb lab with us so we sat outside and enjoyed the patio with the live band. They even brought my dog a... More

A little off the beaten path but very much worth the short drive. You feel welcome from the first moment you walk through the doors. The food was delicious and my wife had the 8 oz cheeseburger which was cooked just right. We should have shared cause it was so huge she couldn't eat it all. Gobs of fries and... More

Ask a local for directions….who would have thought this little cafe was just outside of town! If we'd known about the live music we would have planned a trip then. Visited on a Sunday just after 12 and they were BUSY! But it was worth the wait. Order the onion rings (fries were a bit limp and greasy) and their... More
