We cane here on our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. We both had steaks (one filet, one strip) which were perfectly prepared and tasted great. Highly recommended.

I think I expected more. It was lovely to look at. Fredericksburg service is slower than what I am used to. But they are all very friendly. I think it is the laid back hill country vibe. The food/ wine and food was all just ok. It rained the night we were there a real treat for Texas July evening!

I had dinner with friends at Navajo Grill. The restaurant and outdoor seating are extremely well done and very inviting. Our meals were great. We sat outdoors by the waterfall, but did have to deal with the flies, as the fans didn't get our table too well. If you can get a table in the fan path or indoors, you... More

We have been to this restaurant before and had a good experience. Tonight was not good. To begin the evening, the server said that they did not have "any bread", their bread has been one of the things they are known for. The meal and wines were barely acceptable. Then the server announced that they were out of Creme Brule,... More

4 of us enjoyed our meal at Navajo Grill. We enjoyed a Duck appetizer and a bread basket. The bread with the assortment of dippers was great. We found the duck to be rather dry. For entrees we had Grilled Trout, almond crusted shrimp, Chicken with Soba noodles, & the steak frite. Although the main dish is always the STAR... More

Had dinner here with 3 of my friends in May. We sat on the patio in front of a beautiful waterfall. The food and presentation were both well executed. It was a great way to kick off our weekend and was very relaxing after our 5 hour drive! Check it out on your next visit.

We dined here with friends and all thought it was average. We were told the patio was the place to go but found it very noisy and the flys were awful.I would recommend inside dinning especially during the summer. The salmon was overcooked even after I specifically asked for a pink center. The steaks were also overcooked and tough. The... More

We were on vacation in Fredericksburg, TX and heard about the Navajo Grill as a place to definitely try. We made reservations for Saturday night and arrived at 7:30. Such beautiful weather we asked to be seated on covered patio area near bar and fountain. It was a magical evening. We both had one of the chef specials - Mixed... More

Nice greeting, pretty outdoor space. Good menu. There were a limited number of Texas wines on the menu -- expected more, given that they are in "wine country". Service was knowledgable and timely. Decor a bit "designer" -- predictable, pleasant but not engaging. Noise level was low. We liked it, would return.

One of my favorite places to dine when I visit friends in Fredericksburg. Food never disappoints. Service is always top notch. Love the outdoor patio, one of the best in Fredericksburg, and it's pet-friendly so if you are traveling with a small dog it's a great spot to bring your four legged friend with you.
