We stayed at the motel so decided to eat breakfast here on a Friday morning. No one else was there. We had the caramelized banana French toast and two different types of omelets. Huge portions, which is why it's expensive (about $36 for three people), but very worth it and you won't eat again for awhile!

We stopped in for breakfast today (Sunday) and were seated quickly. The placed was packed! We all had omelets, which were good...as was the coffee. The staff was very friendly. We were seated in a little alcove in a back corner. The lighting was bad, making it hard to see the menu. There's a cute little outdoor patio area, but... More

Yummy breakfast and good service. This is a cute restaurant and has a nice patio outside which was full so we ate inside. Service was fast. Only complaint was there was A LOT of flies inside for some reason which was annoying when we were trying to eat. The parking lot isn't very big either but I think you can... More

This places was several blocks from the Main Street dining/shopping strip. It was recommended to us by a local, and it seemed like a place many locals were eating. It had general cafe-type (salads, sandwiches, etc) food. We had lunch, but it seemed like the breakfast there might be better. The food was pretty good with very ample portions, but... More

Kind of a weird set up, but once you sit down the food is great and service is great. So glad we went the extra mile to this place.

The foods staff and atmosphere at the Sunset Grill make for a very pleasant dining experience. The staff are friendly and seem to really like working at SG. The brunch menu offers many tasty combinations; some traditional and some creative. Our brunch on Sunday day was so good that we returned for breakfast again on Monday. The menu was different... We stopped in Sunset Grill on our trip to Fredericksburg and we loved it! The staff were very friendly and asked us about our trip, the atmosphere was laid back and inviting and the food was great! They have the best eggs benedict! I would highly recommend Sunset Grill to anyone visiting Fredericksburg! We will definitely be back.

We skipped our hotel breakfast and headed to the Sunset Grill. We had read some great reviews and were not disappointed. We both selected the California omelet and gave it a great review. The restaurant is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly and prompt. The manager visited our table. I will eat here again when... More
