Outstanding service and food. Good and yummy. Sunday brunch clearly better than the average. Went with four friends dressed in bicycle spandex, felt right at home.

On our weekend trip where we stayed next door at the Sunset Inn, I had read the reviews about the Sunset Grill and decided to try; Was I glad I did!! The food is unbelievably good!! I had the Santa Fe Omelet; nothing but delicious!! Wife had the classic breakfast (minus the eggs) and loved it!! Great food, friendly atmosphere,... More

Great little place for breakfast. Omelets were perfect. Our son was being rather picky and our server did an incredible job in getting him a plate he'd actually eat (two pieces of bacon, toast and a sliced banana), none of which was actually on the menu.

My wife and I ate here twice during a 4-day weekend getaway to Fredericksburg. Sunday morning it was very busy and there was about a 15-20 minute wait for a table. It was confusing when we entered the front door because we weren't greeted by anyone and it wasn't clear if we needed to get on a waiting list. Eventually,... More

Great Staff, Wonderful food, could not ask for a better way to start an incredible day! The Sunset Benedict is fantastic and the Carmelized Banana French toast is great.

We went to this restaurant as we happened to have a coupon from the Inn we were staying in. I enjoyed the french toast with bananas. Three pieces of french toast with a healthy serving of yummy bananas on top. Tasty. My husband enjoyed the Eggs Benedict with home fries on the side. They were beautifully served, a feast for... This breakfast spot with its cheery orange and aqua trim interior and pictures of beaches is just the spot for your breakfast stop. Considering some of the overpriced dishes we have ordered lately that included crab and how disappointed we were we forged ahead anyway and ordered the Crab Neptune omelet and the Crab benedict offering I chose. Really nice,... More

My friend and I stopped for breakfast on the way out of town. I had the California omelet and it was fresh and delicious. Almost too many toppings if that is possible! I had sourdough toast and breakfast potatoes that were great. It is evident that the ingredients are all fresh and that is a major bonus! The staff were... More

This was unexpected when we saw the menu. It was your ordinary diner and the food was good. They really like to put avocado on a lot of their dishes as well. Do not think we will visit again as it is not my husbands type of food.

A lot of these reviews are for breakfast, but we stopped here for lunch and loved it. I was looking for lunch after hiking at Enchanted Rock, and the Sunset Grill popped up on Yelp. We didn't want something on the main tourist stretch in Frederisksburg (and the parking nightmares that go along with it), nor did we want something... More
