Good food and fast service.

Very relaxed atmosphere with a hint of Germany. All German meals are good especially the German potato salad. Sausage meals are very good. Try the beer sampler which consists of 5 small glasses of their current beers. Right on main street so a good place to take a rest from shopping band site... read more

Every time we visit Fredericksburg, we make this our first stop... They have great Sandwiches, super sausage sampler plates and several flavors of on-site brewed beers to wash it all down with. Great Food and Super Service... We ALWAYS hit this place first when we visit Fredericksburg.

The brew stew and bottle caps ( fried jalapeño slices) keep me coming back to the brewery even though I don't drink beer!

Meal: Overly salted. My husband took one bite of the sauerkraut and said, "Salt bomb" and put it aside. My husband is 1/2 German and loooves sauerkraut. My fish was nicely cooked, but the red cabbage after 3 bites was just too salty as well. My husband and I come here every time we're in Fredericksburg. We've never had this... More

Good food and service. Nice selection of main dishes and sides. Plenty of room for a stroller by the tables. Reasonably priced for nice portions.

Our wait staff was excellent. He helped us sample their beers until we found the beer we most liked. The nachos are the best ever. We also had a hamburger, fried and onion rings which were also very good. Would definitely eat here again when we're in this area. Love it !!!!

We were in town for three days and went here twice! I had a Reuben sandwich, and my husband had the Schnitzel. Both were awesome! He tried a couple of flights of beer, and I stuck with the Blonde. All were unique and delicious. Can't wait to go back!

We always stop in here on our visits to Fredericksburg for the great food and atmosphere. We had to wait about ten minutes for a table on one of our visits, but the staff handled the wait well. With the exception of one time, our wait staff was prompt and took care of our needs. The other time, the server... More

We rode our motorcycles here. This is our first stop. We only wanted a coupke drinks and a snack. We ordered the Scotch Egg and a Soft Pretzle. Both outstanding. Steph had a Shiraz from Llano Estacado, Tx. Delicious. I had a bet brewed here. Carta Verde, their version of Modelo Negra. Only brewed 3 times a year. Very tasty.
