Average Food, But Inexpensive

We went there with a group for dinner. The pros: the physical space and atmosphere and just fine: casual, clean and pleasant. The service was very good, and the kitchen was fast, especially considering the size of our party. The happy hour drink menu is a killer deal (margaritas at $4) and the size... read more

We have been to another of these in Austin before. We love the black bean and salsa dips they bring with the chips. I had the skirt steak. It's amazing. My husband had the sour cream enchiladas which were also fabulous. I can't wait to come back!

I've been a fan of the Dallas locations for years, so I decided to stop by here when I was visiting a nearby museum. The food was excellent, but the menu seemed a little smaller and pricier than the Dallas locations. It's a more upscale restaurant. I LOVE the bean dip. The salsa is a bit too spicy for me.... More

While visiting family in Fort Worth, I wanted some good Mexican food. This was not it. Too fancy and pricey. I had a Chile relleno and the sauce on it was mostly just tomatoes. If you want some genuine Mexican food, this is not the place.

I am a San Antonio girl, by way of Austin (for 30 years!)...so to say I am picky about Mexican food is an understatement of the highest order. We ended up here after a few stops at nearby shops and we're glad we did. Awesome chips and salsa, just the right light crunch and perfect garlicky salsa with just the... More

We were walking in that area an decided to get something to eat. The restaurant is beautiful and we thought it would be good initially until the waiter looked irritated that we were not interested in his wine upsale. From that moment on it just went downhill . Of course he didn't write the order down so it came out... More

Nothing bad to say, this is just not my favorite place. The food is just okay. They do have great sangria on the happy hour specials and the bean dip is good as well. Service is very attentive and they do have a great patio

They have tex mex but who needs it when you are at Gloria's. Try the Nancy combo for true Latin food. The chips and bean dip....complimentary are the best! Nice service and nice atmosphere. My casual survey was that no one ordered the tex mex but opted for a great change of pace. A pleasant lunch. Thanks

I had set up a reservation for their party room for my wife's Surprise party, but they did not have the room ready when we arrived! crazy. But the people who were camping out in the party room left pretty soon after we arrived, the staff QUICKLY got the room ready and the party went on! It was a huge success... More

I have visited the Dallas locations many times and enjoyed them each time. HOWEVER, the first and last time I visited the Fort Worth location, I was very much disappointed! Food was just average and the waiter did not know what cheese and onion enchiladas were. I did not see them on the menu. So, I asked for them and... More
