Excellent Central American Food

The complementary chips, home made salsa, and black bean dip are awesome! Great service and food. I recommend starting with Pupusas (pork & cheese) and selecting entrees from the Salvadorian style part of the menu. Ordered the Carne Asada that comes with yuca, rice, beans, and plantain. The meat... read more

A large group of family and friends ate here on July 18, 2015. The service was outstanding and the food hot and delicious! No one had one single compliant about anything. Some of us opted for brunch items and some wanted lunch items. We highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

I went with a group of co-workers for a going away lunch. The food was good, but it was just like any other Hispanic cuisine food. It speaks of it being Latin food versus Mexican food, but I tasted no difference. If Latin means more money and expensive then yes it was really Latin. The service was great and it... More

I have been here in the past and the food was good but this time it was lacking flavor. The salsa and bean dip were my favorite. The pupusas were good but I should have picked a different entree other than the Pollo Mexicana.

We had a (large - 15 people) family dinner here and they took our crazy bunch in stride. Although they do not take reservations, we were seated quickly and served promptly. They dealt with lots of separate checks with nary an eye roll and did not charge a service charge. I really enjoyed my Carne Asada (although their method of... More

Recently visited for dinner around 5pm on Saturday. Beautiful atmosphere but my husband and I had to wait too long for service. It seemed the service that night were to busy gathering and talking by the bar or by the hostess stand versus giving good service. When our waitress finally appeared she just seemed bothered to take an order. And... More

We have been to another of these in Austin before. We love the black bean and salsa dips they bring with the chips. I had the skirt steak. It's amazing. My husband had the sour cream enchiladas which were also fabulous. I can't wait to come back!

We went there with a group for dinner. The pros: the physical space and atmosphere and just fine: casual, clean and pleasant. The service was very good, and the kitchen was fast, especially considering the size of our party. The happy hour drink menu is a killer deal (margaritas at $4) and the size of the white wine pour is... More

I've been a fan of the Dallas locations for years, so I decided to stop by here when I was visiting a nearby museum. The food was excellent, but the menu seemed a little smaller and pricier than the Dallas locations. It's a more upscale restaurant. I LOVE the bean dip. The salsa is a bit too spicy for me.... More

While visiting family in Fort Worth, I wanted some good Mexican food. This was not it. Too fancy and pricey. I had a Chile relleno and the sauce on it was mostly just tomatoes. If you want some genuine Mexican food, this is not the place.
