One of my favorites.

A friend invited me to join a group of mutual friends for a birthday party @Prima's. I was impressed! Great pizza, very good pasta dishes and meal size salads (which are very Weight Watcher friendly). Oh yes, they have 3 very good soups as well. This place reminds me of the little family owned restaurant I used to go to as a child in Ohio. The owner is from upstate NY, and he is a character! Great atmosphere, but not quiet or romantic if that's what you want. This is family and group oriented and a little loud. The food was fantastic; it was not... More

Been twice - the food great the first time and was even better the second time. Nice Mom and Pop local restaurant. Large portions. You won't leave hungry.

Pros: food very inexpensive, nice family owned place, large portions, nice salad and good bread. Cons: our chicken parm was a bit chewy. Not as good as it usually is.

My husband and I have been visiting Primas for years and I wanted to write a review. The service is always good and we love the neighborhood atmosphere. We like to order Flounder Parmigiana and split it. There is a charge for the extra plate but it is worth it because portion is too much for one. We have also... More

My dear friends and and I were treated like dirt in our latest (and last) holiday event at Prima's. Make no mistake, the food, service and ambience are exactly what you'd hope for in a BYOB "mom and pop-type" restaurant setting. Unfortunately, it's the owner's sheer arrogance and lack of respect that will be sending my patronage elsewhere in the... More

Let's see being served spoiled food was hmmm just delightful. My wife and I went here because it's close to out apartments. My wife got Spaghetti carbonara. The bacon was grisly , chewy , and rotten. The sauce it was in was a creamy, goopy ,rancid mess. The chicken Modena had about a pound of noodles on top of the... More

This has got to be one of the best Italian Restaurants we have ever been to. All dishes are made to order and the family that runs it are great! If you want true authentic Italian Cuisine its well worth the drive from anywhere in the metro-plex.

I have been going to Prima's for many years. When visiting family once or twice a year, I usually visit each time. Last night I was not disappointed, as usual. I tried a pasta special of the night that had Italian sausage, mushrooms, etc, and with a creamy tomato sauce, it was great. Any meal with their pink sauce is... More

Prima's provides a variety of excellent Italian food. The servings are tasty and plentiful. The menu prices are very reasonable. My wife and I have been regular customers since they opened 15+ years ago. We have not been disappointed! The casual restaurant is family oriented and has a friendly and efficient wait staff.
