Amazing Happy Hour!

While the food at Blue Mesa is good (albeit a little overpriced), their happy hour is fantastic. For the price of a happy hour drink (which is $4), you get all you can eat chips and salsa and quesadillas for free. As a graduate student on a limited budget, this place is great to meet friends and... read more

I guess it was supposed to be a trendy up-scale Tex-Mex dining but missed on most counts. The venue was HOT and seems the AC was non existent which was not ideal for an evening meal. Service was prompt and friendly which was a plus. The drinks were over priced and not that good as they tried to put new... More

Food was okay. Busy place and service was a little relaxed. I tried the adobe pie and it didn't have much flavor.

Just visited their happy hour with my girlfriend and we both had a couple of their drinks; the classic mojito and the margarita sangria swirl, both delicious! Also had their chicken quesadilla as part of their free happy hour buffet. They were wonderful. Overall a tasty and inexpensive treat. Paid under $10 (excluding tip) for 2 drinks and unlimited quesadillas.... More

I hate that you might have to wait an hour to be seated but I think it is well worth the wait. The food is always prepared well and they have plenty of it. The brunch is for small and large appetites. This is must on all my trips to the Metroplex.

Had brunch for 70 catered. They brought the full in restrant brunch menu, a huge spread and it was all very good, well presented and we thought a good value for all that was served.

I have been eating and drinking at Blue Mesa for years. Their Happy Hour is the best! Drinks are nicely discounted, but the real draw is the quesadilla bar with the very capable Marisol cooking up wonderful quesadillas, veggie or meat, your choice, and hearty nachos. It's all gratis!

Visited airport location after seeing the restaurant in a number of area. Had a steak quesidella and I challenge anyone for find more that a speck of anything that might be considered meat. The cheese-like product used was a dreadful flavor of orange something. I imagine that there is quite a profit margin on this item. Service was fine.

My family has been going to Blue Mesa for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch for at least 18 years. We use to find the food delicious and the personalized service impeccable. The last few times we have been there that has not been the case. We went there today, May 24, 2015 for Sunday brunch and were told that there... More

I just had lunch here with a group of women friends. I found the menu more interesting and appealing than at most other Tex Mex restaurants. The waiter was very friendly and attentive to our somewhat demanding group. My meal included the Painted Desert soup: two soups in one bowl - black bean soup (delicious) and a corn chowder (good)....
