Great Sirloin Steak and Shrimp

Myself and my wife had a lovely meal in H3. We went in while roaming around and were really surprised with how good the atmosphere was, the staff were really friendly and the place was buzzing with customers. They have an open Hickory oven at the back of the restaurant and the decor is rustic. I... read more

I expected more in the way of really good food judging by the looks of the place. I really like the atmosphere inside with the dark wood and the roaring kitchen fire that can be seen from the dining area. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich that came with slaw on top of it. This took away from the flavor... More

H3 was a great place to go in Fort Worth. This was my first time to the Stockyards and we just so happen to stop at H3. The ambience is like a western setup and it was fun. I ended up getting a sirloin and let me tell you that was a delicious piece of meat. It was cooked to... More

I was really looking forward to this place based upon all of the great reviews. I was pretty disappointed from start to finish. The dining room is pretty loud. But, I LOVED the open kitchen. I thought for sure the steak would knock my socks off but it was just average. Honestly, I've had better steak from Outback. I also... More

We stopped in for lunch and we're glad we did. The decor is fun and the wait staff was very attentive. I had the full slab of ribs and they fell right off the bone. Would definitely stop in again next time I'm in town

Our family ate at the H3 Ranch on New Years Eve (December 2015) before the the Cotton Bowl. We had made reservations several days before unsure how busy they would be. We were thankful that we made them because they quickly filled up once we arrived. This was my second time to the H3 and the food was just as... More

Packed out with happy diners and with good reason. You're right in the heart of the Stockyards eating prime beef and enjoying good wine. Nowhere nicer in Fort Worth

If you are new to FTW you will want to put the Stockyards on your list of things to do. H3 is a great place in the perfect location to grab a nice steak. Or step next door to Booger Reds and saddle up to the bar for an adult beverage to kick the night off with friends. Walk across... More

This is an historical steakhouse with an interesting history and an old-time feel that is fun. My family and I went for an early dinner and were the only diners at the time. The service was excellent, although we were, as stated above, the only ones there, but I got the feel that good service is standard there. The food... More

Even after living in Texas for a decade I didn't think Fort Worth had true cowboys. But I swear H3 was packed with them that night. Real, local folks. Boots, hats, not for show but everyday clothes. It truly made dinner at H3 worth the price, even if the food was so-so. Go for dinner, stay for "the show."
