For comfort food, this was well above the norm. I appreciated the lowered sodium especially. All the dishes were well prepared; the steamed veggies were just right, the tenders were among the best, and the only hit was some slightly overdone chicken. The place has some character, but it is somewhat lost on the tight seating. Ginger needs a bigger... More

Ginger Brown's restaurant is a great place to the chicken fried steak, pot roast, and meat loaf are great. With tasty sides like the fresh mashed potatoes and green beans among other tasty sides to enhance the entrees. The fresh baked rolls are delicious and can be covered with honey if you like. You will also get a hot fresh... More

We've only been for breakfast. It's always good but I'm picky with biscuits & gravy, it's ok but not my favorite. Always great service. We definitely will go again

This is our 3rd Groupon for Ginger Brown's. The husband and I love to go there for breakfast. Its pretty crowded on the weekend's but we have always been seated right away and served quickly. Food is great, atmosphere is very comfortable. Each booth has private juke box.

I had breakfast & lunch here on separate days. It is a locally owned place with friendly servers, cute decor & good old fashioned eats. I had the blueberry pancakes & they were very good. There are generous servings here. For lunch I had the chicken pot pie (good, but not great) & the coconut pie. The pie was really... More

It's a restaurant with a very friendly staff, but most dishes are fast-food like, however several level of quality above most fast-food restaurants. You feel home and guests are like a family, everybody seams to talk to each other across the tables. Large, if not huge portions to very reasonable prices, so you might consider to share a meal between... More

I quit visiting Ginger Browns a number of years ago due to bad food, bad service or both. A few months ago I used a Groupon to give them another try. The portions I received would not have filled a toddler. More specifically, I received less 1/4 of a cup of mashed potatoes. I asked the waiter if he could... More

We have been patrons of this restaurant for years. Visited recently and the service was HORIBLE. The food was NOT good, it was burnt and tasteless. My little girl LOVES this place but we steer clear because you never know what youre gonna get or if the food is going to be hot cold burt or under cooked. I can... More
