Your regular, locally run Italian eatery. A nice break from the chains that pummel the corridors nearby. Located in a pretty awful strip center, but once inside the dark atmosphere, you forget you are in the middle of a Texas parking lot. A good range of choices served by a friendly, if somewhat quirky, waiter. Spaghetti, pizza, and many house... More

Charming staff, cute place. Good location! I wanted to love this place. I wanted it to be our little italian place. But alas, the fiood is barely average.

Everything on this menu is wonderful! They make excellent steak and cheese, chicken parm sandwiches all the way to legitimate spagetti with meatballs and truly amazing lasagna. They have a great house chianti and the staff is very friendly! They know my name when I call and we are always greeted just like family. Highly recommended!

My husband and I recently moved within a couple miles of Milano's and have been several times. Each visit just gets better and better. The food is authentic and amazing. We have tried different things each time and nothing has disappointed. They have one of the best spagetti dishes I have ever eaten. I got the spagetti with meatballs and... More

Nestled in FW cultural area. We go every week for years. It is the most delicious food in the world! The service is warm and friendly. I have even been early enough to hear them pounding meat. Its all fresh and homemade. Especially the rolls and pizza crust, to die for. And the prices are so low a newcomer might... More

We had meat lover's and spinach tomato pizza. It's a little pricey but they use great ingredients. The sausage is real sausage not bits, spinach was sauteed. The crust is to die for. Crispy yet soft in the middle. We usually don't eat crust, here we fought for the crust. We also had fetuccine modo mio. It came hot, very... More

This restaurant has been in Fort Worth for many years. When it opened, there were only three restaurants between them and downtown Fort Worth. Now there are over twenty. One thing that hasn't changed on the west side of Fort Worth is the fantastic Italian food at Milano's. The pizzas have an extra step in the process that makes them... More
