Consistently great food, great service and great friendly folks. Spent two years working around the far West Texas area. Mi Casita was the best of the restaurants we experienced. If it's crowded, which it usually is, just be patient. It's worth the wait. If it's not crowded, count your blessings. They don't serve alcohol, but you can bring it with... More

Slow service for daily lunch special of 3 tacos. My husband's ground beef taco were rather bland, but lettuce was fresh. My shredded chicken tacos were also plain. The free sherbet sampling at end of meal was a nice touch. Pricing was good and came with tea.

Website says open until 9 pm on Fridays. Arrived at 8:05, and it was closed. Found another Mexican restaurant nearby that was open.

I've been working for 16 months in Fort Stockton. For friendly personal service, fresh quality food and the best salsa served anywhere (I always get a pint or two to go), Mi Casita can't be beat. You can't get alcohol, but you can bring it with you. If Mi Casita was in a larger city, there would be a line... More

Truly outstanding meal and service. Tex-Mex at its best.....and this is experience talking. Get a platter with a variety of offerings for a full experience.

We stopped spontaneously in Mi Casita on our way to El Passo and we definitely did not regret it! Friendly personal, amazing nachos, great food, clean, and lovely atmosphere! Definitely worth to visit!

The small restaurant in the orange building is a surprise in itself. Before they let you in the dining room, you must first look over the menu and only when they call you, you will be seated. No, just stopping in and getting a quick bite. The service is a little slow, but the food sure does make up for... More

Stopped at Fort Stockton TX on way to Burbank. Decided to eat dinner Wed night based on TA reviews. Restaurant only open Tuesday to Friday for certain hours. It opens for dinner at 5 pm. Came initially at 4 left and did tour of Riggs Museum and returned at 4:50. At that time 18 individuals were waiting for them to... More

Enjoyed a great meal here on our way home to Austin. They were able to seat all 8 of us. The salsa was perfectly spicy. Highly recommend the Guadalajara, the enchiladas, and the fajita burritos. And the service was very friendly.

We had a wonderful dinner --the pico de gallo was so fresh it tasted like they had made it just for us -- both steak and chicken were really tender and well seasoned -- and the chips and salsa were very fresh and delicious. You can bring in your own alcohol.
