I Went to this place based on reviews, nothing but disappointment. Tortillas are not home made, fajitas were chopped into small little cubes I've never had fajitas like that? Enchilada sauce taste like it was from a can. Definitely not Authentic Mexican Food.

As always Mi Casita's food is full of fresh ingredients, is excellent tasting, and served by a friendly staff. Try the Queso Compuesto appetizer (Queso/ cheese, meat and guacamole) - and progress along the Tex Mex trail of delicious dishes: the warm ones always warm; the chilled ones properly cold

Ditto the positive reviews: we enjoyed our experience at Mi Casita - friendly staff, attractive decor, good food. Glad we came. We had one of the combination plates that offered both the red and green enchiladas - both were quite good, but the green was the winner! Different chile relleno too, as it wasn't filled and the chile seeds hadn't... More

There isn't much else in town and for some reason this place gets all the business. Value for menu items. Interior decor was quirky and service very good. But food was just average for tex-mex They apparently win all the county awards for their dishes and restaurant. But there can't be that much competition in the county. I guess I'm... More

This is a small but very pleasant restaurant with friendly wait staff. The food was quite good but seemed fairly standard Tex-Mex. However, the green enchiladas were exceptional. I'm told that this is one of the best places to eat in Fort Stockton and that is likely true.

I've been driving through Fort Stockton on vacation-related trips since the 80's and a couple of weeks ago was the FIRST time I've EVER had a good meal there. We stopped a Mi Casita, and we had a wonderful meal. It was a little high priced for what it was, I thought... but it was worth it. The service was... More

The food and service here has always been very good - not great, but very good. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed.

The queso was good. The salsa was okay. I had the cheese enchilada and there was next to no cheese in it but the red sauce was good. Husband had soft beef tacos and liked them. I liked the rice. Did not try the beans. Had to wait to be seated as all the tables were reserved. The dinning area... More

I just returned to Augusta Georgia after visiting West Texas, specifically Midland/Odessa. We went on a drive and happened to stop in Ft. Stockton for lunch. We were in the mood for Mexican food and luckily for a wrong turn we ended up at Mi Casita. We waited a short time in the lobby area and everyone who came out... More

Consistently great food, great service and great friendly folks. Spent two years working around the far West Texas area. Mi Casita was the best of the restaurants we experienced. If it's crowded, which it usually is, just be patient. It's worth the wait. If it's not crowded, count your blessings. They don't serve alcohol, but you can bring it with... More
