Good service, good food

The service here is very good. Go early - the place is small and you may have to wait on a table. They close at 8pm on Fridays. The food is excellent. This is a great place!

The carpet is filthy. The waitress and the cook were not wearing gloves. The food was totally mediocre, nothing special or authentic.Tortilla chips were cold and tasteless. If you think this place is good then you dont know good food. Go to San Antonio and try a real Mexican place downtown. Night and day. Fort Stockton has Nothing....skip it.

Drove into town ealier in the day to have lunch, we ended up at another restaurant that was very disappointing. We left town only to blow a tire 35 miles on the other side of town. We were towed back but was stuck for the night. Fearing a that we would have another bad meal, we went on a foot... More

January 27, 2015 I stopped by Mi Casitata for dinner (again). As always supper was great. The red and green enchilads were were rich and delicately flavored; suitable for any taste. The variety and flavors always pleasant and I look forward to another chance to be in the area to try something new. Never been disappointed here.

The menu at Mi Casita contains basic Mexican dishes. Dishes have the good full flavors of home cooking recipes that have been finely tuned over many years. They are perfect comfort food after a long day on the road. Bonuses: buy a big cold glass of real unsweetened tea to start the meal, and getting a free small scoop of... More

Great food, great service, and a super value...very fresh, and excellent meals! Adonna is a sweetheart, and as the owner, is very involved with the operation of the restaurant. A really nice touch to serve a bit of sorbet (gratis!) at the end of the meal...well done, Adonna and Mi Casita!!! If you are in Fort Stockton, don't miss going!

The food was very good, I strongly dislike bright fluorescent lighting, the signs on the wall are a bit much

I Went to this place based on reviews, nothing but disappointment. Tortillas are not home made, fajitas were chopped into small little cubes I've never had fajitas like that? Enchilada sauce taste like it was from a can. Definitely not Authentic Mexican Food.
