9 of us shared a wonderful night out at this beautiful Italian restaurant in Texas Hill Country. the setting is lovely and the atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful. Our food was delicious--everyone enjoyed their entrees following the cheese and salami tray we ordered as well as calamari ---our service was great. Would definitely eat here again!

The setting of this restaurant is most wonderful. The food compliment the setting and wine well. I had the pork chop and it was so yummy!! However, the winery next door and the restaurant have had a falling out. You can not bring wine in bottle or glass from the winery into the restaurant. Bummer. Lots of picnic tables under... More

We have been to this restaurant multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are always amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured and there are several areas to sit and have a glass of wine, or two, before dinner. There is an excellent winery right next door but, due to a falling out between the owners of... More

While Trattoria Lisina is not "on the way" to anywhere it IS worth the drive and what a beautiful drive it is! When you arrive you truly feel like you have entered a Tuscan estate complete with an on-site winery. Play some bocce on the lawn either before or after dinner or just take in the grounds. Once inside, the... More

This place is connected to Dutchman Winery and is open for lunch Friday-Sunday, and open for dinner only the rest of the time. After doing a little shopping and wine tasting, it was time for a little Italian food. We had seen this place before but had never been. The decor is beautiful and makes you feel like you are... My wife and I were driving trough the Hill Country visiting various Texas Wineries. Our first stop was Duchman Family Winery and after sampling some of there excellent wines we decided to get some lunch at Trattoria Lisina. We did not know much about it, except that it was owned by Damian Mandola and was in a beautiful building. We... More

Dinner on a Friday evening at Trattoria Lisina, preceded by a wine tasting at the adjacent Duchman winery, was thoroughly enjoyable. The service was superb and the food and wine were exceptional. The Osso Buco was outstanding. Despite the fact this place was crowded and some of those dining were exceptionally loud, this was, nevertheless, a wonderful dining experience. Reservations... More

This is a MUST restaurant for anyone who enjoys great food and service. While it isn't inexpensive (think $150+ for a couple), this is one of the best meals my wife and I have enjoyed anywhere in the world! Set in a picturesque setting with a vineyard as a backdrop,in my humble opinion, this restaurant would be a 5 star... More
