We love eating here. The owner is very friendly, the food is good, and the service is fast. You can sit on the patio with a view of Dickinson Bayou. The only drawback is that the margaritas are wine-a -ritas. The restaurant has a beer and wine license, but not a liquor license!

Average, that is really all I can say about the place. Mind you the buffet was not going when I was there, so maybe that would have been better. Ordered the crawfish enchiladas and the plate was two hot to touch. The waitress never said a thing about that and that told me two things. One she didn't care and... More

We enjoyed the buffet (offered several days of week for lunch and evenings as well) which has the best enchiladas and fajitas in the area. The price is half of what you pay for bigger name places and service was outstanding. We had a great time and they pulled tables together for our large group. They also cater we have... More

Vacationing in Galveston, we stopped in here for a late lunch after visiting the Space Center. We were struck first by the view; this charming restaurant and its patio overlook a tree-lined river. Our waiter was friendly, and the service was prompt. The food was absolutely delicious; the salsa was flavorful with just the right amount of kick. Enchiladas were... More

We loved everything about it! The enchiladas are delicious, the margaritas are the best, the hot sauce is so yummy and spicy! The owner is so nice and was very accommodating! The restaurant is an old home and it's such a neat place. We loved the patio.

My wife and I, along with guests, have been eating at this old house for the past 13 years, at least 8-10 times a year. Their chips and green dip are fresh and excellent. I can't say much about the buffet as we always get the Chicken Fajitas for Two and are never disappointed. The staff have been there forever,... More

We've always loved the combination plates. Best chili gravy anywhere. Los Tios is close, but has slipped a little. Our son had his first enchiladas here when he was one and met the love of his life. He couldn't decide if the hunk of enchilada in his left hand was better or the one in his right hand. The view... More

Good buffet with lots of food. We have had the same waitress for over five years...Order off of the menu if you want to try some different items (fish, rellenos, etc.)
