I used to eat there when it was a hole in the wall in Pottsboro. I've never had better catfish, anywhere, ever. The fries are also on a par of their own. Spectacular.

This place is the best! Fresh fried catfish and tasty fried shrimp are just two of the delicious items on the menu. They offer a wide variety of sides as well. I love their black-eyed peas and coleslaw. Portion size is generous. My family enjoys eating here and we often do carry out as well. You will not be disappointed.... More

We found this on trip advisor after a fun day on the lake. We usually go to Windys but were disappointed last time so were looking for another option. So glad we tried Hucks! The waitress was so friendly and sweet. She gave our 3 kids root beer refills. On second thought maybe she wasn't so sweet 😳. John, presumably the... More

After talking with friends, I was expecting average quality. However. the quality of the meal was excellent. Services was exceptional and the overall experience of dining here was second to non. I would whole heartedly recommend this establishment.

If it were only closer to home! Still, it's the first restaurant I consider when I need to satisfy that craving for tender, flaky, mouth-watering catfish. After my first visit, I returned the next day, and that wasn't the last time. It really is that good! Want to find out? I'm betting you'll enjoy it just as much as I... More

Selection is limited. Food temperature was good, but not very tasty. Don't bother ordering a side salad or baked potato. Served me white vinegar to put on my salad. Potato had a rotten end on it. But hey, fried okra was good. I wish we would have ate closer to home, this place is a train wreck. One waitress was... More

Huck's is the only place I order catfish even though I grew up in the south and my uncle had a catfish farm. It is always light and delicious. They have other main courses but why bother? The sides are great and varied so all can be pleased. No matter how busy there are smiles all around and service never... More

Just off Highway 75,this place serves up fresh catfish with a smile and plenty of delicious southern sides. The half order will fill. Hungry guy, and it comes with two sides. Hush puppies, fresh onions, and green tomato relish come along for free and along with the tartar sauce make for a tasty, filling, meal

I was in Denison for a reunion and Would Not leave until until I had some of Huck's Catfish!! My girlfriend and I always get it "burnt" (aka crispy) with fried squash and a baked potato.....the green tomato relish is yummy! The service was superb, even though it was really busy, everyone was super friendly!!

At least once a month we go to Huck's and order the fried catfish filet, extra crispy. It is mouthwatering delicious, and the huge order of homemade fries comes piping hot. If you have any room left, try the heavenly pecan cobbler. The place is always busy and somewhat noisy, but the food makes up for lack of sophisticated ambiance.
