This review is for the Mexico Lindo on Grand Avenue near Gaston in East Dallas. We were looking for restaurant food with waiters and menus and tables after 10pm during the week, and we found it. I had a ceviche tostada for less than $6, and my daughter had a 3-enchilada dish for around $8. It looks like beer and... More

We stopped for lunch and were seated immediately on a cold day. The restaurant barely looked open, but there were several tables occupied. We were given the lunch menu which had maybe 30 items that were all the same price, except one. Odd. There was music playing that didn’t seem proper. Pop music or mariachi is understandable, but this was... More

Last night, a friend of mine who has been a longtime patron was unjustly accused of walking her check at Mexico Lindo. A young boy/waiter took her check card and returned a ticket without ringing it up (apparently). Not knowing this, she signed the ticket, wrote in a tip and left. Was flagged down in the parking lot, hauled in... More

This mexican restaurant serves fish but I haven't been able to convince myself to eat fish yet at a mexican restaurant so I stuck with the traditional; beef enchiladas w/rice and bean with a red sauce. The food was good but could have been a little warmer but I was in a party of 16 so it was OK. They... More

We were there for a late lunch/early dinner (around 3pm). It took a long time to come get our drink orders. Then another long stretch of time before our waitress took our order. Our food took forever and in the mean time we ran out of drinks and chips/salsa. Our waitress seemed bothered by having to wait on us. When... More

If I ever return to this restaurant, it will be for the tortillas. None of the other food that our party of four ordered was above average. The service was slow and we were even at the end of the lunch hour rush. Two of our plates came out cold...super sin for a TexMex restaurant! My cheese enchiladas were edible... More

People from the 'hood meet here for reliable Tex-Mex, but with similar food to be found on every corner in Dallas, it's not a destination spot. Pleasant enough ambiance, ridiculously narrow parking spaces. Feels like a family run spot. Each diner is welcomed with a freshly made tortilla with butter and salsa, which is a nice touch. Waitresses are friendly,... More

We decided to have a large party there on a Sunday (approx 40 guests) Horrible service!. It took a good 45 mintues before we placed our orders. The waitress that was assigned to our group could not handle the group and did not ask or get assistance. 3 members of our group did not eat because their food never came... More

Located right by White Rock lake-this is a solid place to stop for Mexican food. Tacos are great and service is always fast&friendly. I believe Saturday nights is Karaoke Night&most people sing in Spanish. Check this place out if in Lakewood/White Rock area!
