Super for a quick lunch or a dinner wine tasting

We have gone to Jimmy's for years for our Italian Deli goodies. The Parmigiano reggiano is what brought me to Jimmy's in the first place .... $9.99 a pound, cut from a full cheese wheel from Parma, Italy! Then we bought the deli meats, olives, other cheeses. Mama"s meat balls are to die for. The... read more

You can find some Italian stuff here that you can't find other places. There seems to be a strong, loyal customer base as well.

Probably the best -and most authentic- grocery in Dallas. Forget the "whole/natural/foods mega chains, this is the place you want to shop, dine, enjoy and espresso, or vino and a wonderful sandwich. Fresh local produce, baked goods, etc, a real Butcher shop coupled the best authentic italian food needs. All that makes up ~50% of the space, the rest in... More

We love to go to Jimmy's and get a Cuban sandwich. Jimmy's has the feel of one of those small grocery stores in New York City. Crammed-packed with great food that you will not find at the chain grocery stores. I like to buy pasta and tomato sauce there. My husband loves the Cuban sandwiches and he is a expert... More

This is the quintessential corner store from days of old. You can get heirloom tomatoes, fresh espresso, wine, cheese, pasta, home made sausage, did I mention wine? All kinds of local goods and Italian imports. The owners are always there. Such a treat to go to Jimmy's. I have never had a sandwich as good as the Italian sub or... More

I've been going yo Jimmy's for a while! The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable of all the products they carry. It's our staple store for buying amazing meats and cheeses, pastas, olive oils and that good Italian wine! Jimmy's sandwiches are also great for lunch! I would recommend Jimmy's to anyone!

Husband and I marveled at the selection of wine, olive oil and meats. Everything in the display cases looked fresh and appealing. All of the aisles were chock full of foodie stuff that you can't usually find in the supermarkets. Lunch was fantastic! I had the tuna (tuner if you're from N.E) with olive tapenade, capers and artichoke hearts. I... More

Absolutely fantastic. Wife and I shared the Cuban and the meatball sandwiches. Everything was amazing. The staff was very helpful in helping us decide what to order. Had a blast looking around the market while we were waiting on our food to be prepared. Make sure to save room for the cream puffs and tiramisu.

Incredible selection of wine and they will always help you pick just the right bottle. The sandwiches are incredible if you need lunch. And then there is the Parmesan, the sausage, the lasagna, and so much more. Truly one of my favorite places to go in Dallas!
