Continues to be a great oasis for food, drink, service, experience

Have been coming here for 20+ years (its 38 years old). Whether an evening dinner or a weekend brunch, we always enjoy it. We've had just two of us to 15 of us; we've sat in the wonderful alcove at the back or the front window table; there's plenty of personality and charm throughout the place... read more

Recently visited St. Martin's after living out of town for several years. St. Martin's is romantic and timeless. The service and food is beyond excellent and hasn't changed at all! Everything was fresh and delicious! A true classic and one of my very favorite restaurants in Dallas.

Went with another couple to celebrate and anniversary. Appetizers were fantastic, superior escargot, Brie Champagne soup wa exceptional and onion soup was superb as always. Wife had Lobster Thermidor, enough for two and the best I have ever had. Everything was first rate. Steak Diane was tender and cooked to perfection. Chilean Sea Bass was amazing as was the pork... Lovely evening with incredible escargot, scallops for dinner, creme brûlée and a Snowcap to end. Wonderful service, great wine selection and delicious food!

We went here for Sunday brunch. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for years and we finally got our act together. They have a price fixe brunch ($16.95) that is a great deal. You get a starter, a drink (including champagne or Bloody Mary), and an entree. Plus, they start you off with fresh, warm bread and butter. I... More

We've been there twice. First time in 2013 for our wedding anniversary, the waiter was very professional, food was excellent, live music was great, we had a pleasant experience. Therefore, we came back for 2014 anniversary. Even though the food was still good, the young waiter was inexperienced and unprofessional. We left the place as hmmm... it was better last... More

There obviously are many places to eat in Dallas but! .... Saint Martin's is truly 1 of the best! Absolutely delicious food!! From the fresh made mojitos to the bread to appetizers to the main course, it was all delicious! This is a very cozy & warm place w/ the perfect setting for romance--live piano music (but not overbearing), low... More

On our latest visit the food was bland, the wait staff snooty, the service rushed, and while finishing our coffee we were told to move to the bar so they could turn over the table. I've been up all night with food poisoning. Never again.

My husband and I have loved this place for years. We are never going back because of our second very very difficult experience with the manager. This time he made a mistake with the reservation and claims that we did not have the table reserved. He lectures and argues about his own mistakes. so go at your own risk.
