Wonderful

Food was great. Had the salmon with a sweetish BBQ sauce on it. The chocolate toffee dessert was delish as well. Atmosphere was really nice. Valet was great. We had a wonderful dinner here. The service could not have been better. The wine sommelier, Paul, was incredibly knowledgeable and provided the perfect wine pairings for our meal. Our daughter and I ordered the salmon special for the evening. It was amazing! My husband took the hotel's GM's recommendation and ordered the buffalo tenderloin. He raved about his dinner... More

Our family of three enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairing last evening for a special occasion. Chef Fearing greeted us after we were seated and an additional two or three times. The food was visually pleasing and a delight to the palate! Service was polished. Spot on wine pairings completed the dinner. Worth the price in calories and money... More

One of the better restaurants at Ritz Carlton hotels in the United States. Menu had a variety of choices- all of them original choices not found elsewhere. Service was good but not at the excellent level. We did feel a little rushed at times. In the bar however, service was better. However, they did have to call he police to... More

I've never had anything less than excellent there. The tortilla soup is always good. This time I just had the soup, the trio appetizer (2 crab cakes, short rib enchilada, 2 lobster tacos), and the dark chocolate cherry layer dessert. So very very good.

My advice is to go to Fearing's and ask them to feed you. Then sit back, trust them and enjoy. I was staying at The Ritz Carlton for the weekend with a couple of old girlfriends. We had been to the spa during the day and were looking forward to enjoying a nice dinner out. We sat down at Fearing's... More

We live in the DFW area but decided to get a room at the Ritz-Carlton for mothers day. The bar is cool and it has some outside seating. Service was only out done by the food.

What can I say it is a amazing place. The staff was exceptional as well as the food. I started off with the chicken tortilla soup which is a must try. Then had the Buffalo Tenderloin with Jalapeno grits. If you decide to visit or not I would definitely make a stop by and buy Fearing's cook book. It as not... More

The atmosphere is really nice and upscale. Chef Fearing came over to the table for a short chat and then he and his team created a spectacular meal. The seafood sampler appetizers were extraordinary and they split it onto individual plates for each of us as there were six of us dining that evening. The Halibut main course was great... More

In Dallas for an event with my wife. Yeah, I know you should have beef while in Texas but I try to be adventurous and it makes no sense that being from Seattle I would order seafood so what the heck, I went for it. The meal was phenomenal as It started with a shot of mango gazpacho which was... More
