I love France and Bistro cooking. I am always looking for places which transport me to an evening in Paris. The décor at Toulouse is definitely authentic. It wasn't my waiter's fault, but he wasn't French, which takes something away from the experience. We ordered some of the favorites listed in other reviews. We started with the Escargots, which were... More

My daughter and I had brunch here the last time I visited Dallas. The food and service were very good. Lots of good menu choices. I would definitely return here.

I went there with my daughter and her fiancé, we really had a great time. The food and drinks were delicious. Great atmosphere for a Saturday brunch. Staff was very nice and helpful. I'll defiantly go back!

I have lived over 20 years in Europe and became accustomed to what is good to eat in each country. Brussels has probably the best food in Europe, and their mussels are the best. Toulouse comes the closest I have ever had to doing it the correct way, and their frites are double fried perfectly. If you like Belgian or... More

Recently, I tried this place for the first time, though because of its enticing charm (and my adoration for French cuisine) it had long been on my stomach's bucket list. It's been a brisk January (for the Metroplex), but in their covered patio area, it felt nice. I was only cold when the door was open, and I enjoyed the... More

Nice Brunch menu, and excellent bar service (their bloody Marys are deli). Lunch menu with so many yummy french dishes, that it's difficult to choose! Upscale service, nice ambiance with relaxed atmosphere.

I recently are at the restaurant with a friend and we had the best calamari either of us have had in a long time. It was the highlight of the meal. The remainder of the food was good, but that was the star item. The only buyer beware item is sitting on the patio in the winter. While the patio... More

Ok, I get it. You close at 10:00. I walked in at 10:03 tonight and asked for a nightcap and close out the tab. 5 customers in the bar still being served and active tables in the restaurant area. "Sorry, we closed at 10." 3 minutes ago. I moved to this neighborhood 3 months ago and liked the bar/food at... More
