Great sidewalk café. You can sit inside or out. People watching at its best. Everything we had tasted fantastic. It was not just the usual fare that can be found anywhere. The food very good is prepared in their own way. Original. The flavors were a welcome surprise and treat. We made friends with a few regulars and locals. Everyone... More

This quaint little cafe presents like most other good French bistros but it is much better than most. It has all of the traditional foods that you would expect like good quiche, steak au poivre, etc but many of the dishes have a slight extra flair. That is the secret - the deviations are tasteful and subtle. An example today... More

The duck confit was very tasty, the vegetables well done and the service attentive but not overly so. The wine list wasn't to my taste but there seemed to be an adequate selection, and they did offer some champagnes by the glass. That is always good. I can't comment on the parking as we walked to the restaurant. The area... More

I visited Toulouse with family in town per a recommendation. It was a lovely setting, welcoming and relaxed with an elegant air. The staff was attentive and friendly. It was the birthday of a member of our party and they made sure we were celebrating appropriately. Food was great for all of us. I will return, hopefully not infrequently. Highly... More

This was our fourth visit to Toulouse and we keep coming back for the food. It is usually very crowded and they don't take reservations unless there are six in your party. The food is French Bistro fare and very reasonably priced. Toulouse offers a wide variety of champagne cocktails which are all fun to try. Our favorite entree here... More

Another great time had at Toulouse for Sunday brunch. Service is always questionable though. Service was really slow and our waiter added an item we didn't order, to our bill.

“The Lombardi family concepts neighborhood restaurants offer a lot more than just a delicious menu: they are a special place where customers will feel at home with friends and family.“ So says the website, and it turned out to be absolutely true of TOULOUSE!   When we arrived for our 7:00 PM reservation, the restaurant was full, so was the... We enjoyed Toulouse Cafe for the second time today. The brunch was wonderful. The location on Knox adjacent to the Katy trail is perfect. The open walls of the patio allowed us to savor the fresh air. The food was as good as ever. I enjoyed the roasted salmon with spinach and lentils. My daughter found the chicken to be... More

This is the place to go if you want a true French bistro experience. Expect to see well-dressed Dallasites dining near people fresh off the Katy Trail. I bring my little poodles so I can feel like Catherine Deneuve sitting on the patio in a French film. It's also a terrific rendezvous spot for the hopelessly romantic.

For my birthday while in Dallas it was no choice but here. Have been twice before and liked better each time. I split mussels with my son for a starter (about six choices all excellent). Tender and full of flavor. Then a house salad with house dressing. Perfect. Then had the Dover sole. It is grilled and deboned table side.... More
