While traveling to Dallas, Texas , I was torn between going to Al Biernat's or Pappas brothers. I chose the latter because the excellent customer service started on the telephone at the Pappas Brothers Steakhouse as opposed to the mediocre customer service when I telephoned the Al Biernat's restaurant. The Pappas brothers Steakhouse team is excellent. From the Person I... More

A terrific experience at least for the food- well prepared quality ingredients carefully served by attentive wait staff. IF the ONLY reason you go out to eat is great food- this is more than great. However.... the location is suboptimal, rooms especially for larger groups tend to be crowded and the wine list? I have been there multiple times and... More

Dined this week with a business associate and while this was my first visit it won't be my last when I return to Dallas. My NY steak was cooked to perfection, prime quality and tasty. One of the best steaks I have ever had--almost as good as West's Prime at the Greenbrier in West VA. It ranks right up there.... More

Thank you so much to the staff and crew at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. I enjoyed the off menu Texas Wagyu "tomahawk" ribeye last night for my 35th birthday and it was marvelous. Best steak I've ever had, it even trumps Mastros in Beverly Hill's authentic imported Japanese Kobe steaks. Chef was even nice enough to surprise me with a complimentary... More

Service was fabulous. Food was very good but surely overpriced. We had party of 5 with each of us ordering some type of beef ranging from a small filet to a t-bone. One bottle of wine and a couple of mixed drinks...$753

This was the best birthday celebration dinner I've had in a long time. The service was impeccable. What a dining experience! I felt in good hands with the wait staff, dining room manager and whoever else I came in contact with from the journey into the restaurant to when I exited--end-to-end legendary customer service. The food was tasty, seasoned well... More

We absolutely love Pappas! We go several times a year & are never disappointed. It is expensive but we'll worth it. Love the bar with the combo playing. The food is always wonderful & oh my goodness the desserts are devine. Just disappointed no mints in the car this time. Grandchildren love those.

Out of this world. It was, without a doubt, the best steak I have ever had. Get the potatoes au gratin as your side (loaded with cheese and bacon - can't go wrong). The cheesecake was perfection and bigger than my head. I would recommend Pappas to EVERYONE. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to Pappas since 1997 in Houston and have never been disappointed with anything. If you ask while at the restaurant the manager will take you into the wine room and show you some very expensive to very large magnums of wine. I saw one in Dallas that was 200 years old and it was awesome. I... More

If you want the pleasure of a good steak then you have come to the right place. Although not cheap it really worth every dollar spent and the wine selection is the right companion.
