Went to the Aligator Cafe with high expectations and they were met and then some. Service was attentive and the food was superb. Highly recommend to all who love cajun food.

Food is great, price is right, music a little loud inside. They do have a nice patio where you can talk and listen to the music. Great for kids.

This place is a rare find in Dallas. Every time I try to eat cajun food it is just plain weird and not that great when I find somewhere in Dallas to eat it. This isn't one of those places. This place makes me feel pretty close to home in Louisiana. The chicken and sausage gumbo is very good. I... More

make this one of our favorite places to eat! The patio is nice if you find the music a little loud. The fried items are amazing! They've changed the menu, which is a bummer, I liked ordering the appetizer coconut shrimp and ala cart side of red beans and rice with one of their signature cocktails. We like it!

Alligator Cafe is a great place for Cajun food. It is one of the best in the Dallas area. not only is the food well prepared and tasty but the atmosphere is great. On weekends they have live music which is fun but sometimes it can be a little loud. Staff is very friendly and knowlegeable about the menu. We... More

Even though this restaurant was apart of shopping center, I loved the ambiance and environment. The fried alligator tail was good and I loved the collard greens. It's definitely a place I would visit again.

Experiences vary greatly at the Alligator Cafe. On a Friday evening I found music so loud it was not possible to hear what the waitress said to me. There was no way to get away from it in the entire dining room The food varied in quality and taste. A serving of Coke - $2.59. Service to my table was... More

Everything is amazing!! The fried pickles are a must have!! You better be ready for some real Cajun food (spicy). The service is great and so is the sweet tea!

Go for the great flavors and if the spiciness is too tame, take advantage of the variety of hot sauces always on hand. Flavor and a deft hand in the kitchen always trump heat for the sake of heat. Really friendly staff will make you glad you came and if the musicians are in the house, you'll be hard pressed... More
