Dinner was ok

We just came back, I want to impressed with the food, service was great. Everything looked nice and clean. Overall, an ok experience but I don't think I'd return.

Interior is nice and piano Music in bar is nice. However food and service is poor, so I won't be returning. It's sad since This restaurant is in a great location and is nice inside plus it's been there many years. But one dish we ordered wasn't prepared as described on the menu and was not edible. The fried rice... More

The waitress was efficient at getting us started, but left us to visit long after we finished eating. The food was pleasantly tasty, and nicely inexpensive for my choices. I had moo shu shrimp which was well-prepared and crispy shrimp as an appetizer. Hubby had beef with broccoli, which he enjoyed. The fortunes were hilarious. It is quite near the... More

We recently visited this Chinese restaurant for lunch, meeting some friends that we had not seen in years. The decor was nice and the quiet ambiance allowed us to talk without having to shout above the noise one frequently finds in many restaurants. They, also, did not try to hurry us so we had ample time to catch up with... More

The food was just "Okay", and our service was pretty good, but there was a large party in the next room and the older man helping them had no "Inside Voice" and kept yelling everything. Over and over and over....blah, blah, blah, as loud as he could. I wanted to get up and tell him to turn the volume down... More

Ended up in this place unfortunately for between lunch and dinner. Asked for seafood fried noodle and replied that they don't have real seafood but they can add something like imitation crab. This should be a big enough red flag but my fault, I proceed. Fried noodle with shrimp and pork is inedible. Some part of noodle uncooked and very... More

Been going there for years and made a recent visit this week. Always consistent quality, service and value. The owner is visible and involved which contributes to the consistency. Nice atmosphere conducive to a business lunch or quiet dinner. I've tried a variety of menu items and I'm never disappointed. Been in business over 20 years; might be the longest-tenured... More

Every so often I get the Chinese craving and last night I remembered that May Dragon in Addison (suburb of Dallas) was a "hot" spot years ago when I lived in this area. So off to May's and happily so. This is a classy place -- piano player in the bar lounge and white tablecloths on the tables. The place... More
