Top notch in every way.

From the amazing food to the swanky décor, attentive staff, and beautiful crowd, this restaurant didn't disappoint in any way. I would definitely recommend it for a special evening out or just a fun dinner with friends.

During our first trip to Dallas we came here for a late night dinner, on a recommendation from a friend. The restaurant is sophistically decorated in dark colors and with colorful artwork. The service was great, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the food was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back here.

We dine at Nick and Sam's every trip we make to Dallas as it is our favorite Dallas restaurant. The also have Nick and Sam's Grills which are fine for lunch. Food and service are excellent. It is always crowded thus we eat early, 6pm, when there. Portions are large therefore they offer half portions. Steaks are always cooked perfectly.... More

We have an awesome meal here. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Our table shared the seafood appetizer as well as hamachi sushi. Both were excellent choices. For the main course we ordered steaks as well as a special beef only served in 2 restaurants in the country per our waiter. I don't know if it's really only 2... More

The uptown location has a great space with good service. I ordered the salmon for brunch, and it was average and served with cold roasted cauliflower. I shared stale, cold carrot cake that barely had a flavor, but was served over delicious fresh fruit. The mimosa carafe was a nice touch! You can get better food anywhere, but the place... More

Only two restaurants in the US serve Ohmi, and Nick and Sams is one of them. Being from New York, when I was told that Nick & Sams had the best cut of meat in the US, I of course was very doubtful. I was wrong, very wrong. With the tender softness of the best filet, but the marbling and... More

Our group of four had a business dinner at Nick and Sams on a Thursday night. I lived in Dallas for many years but had forgotten the "see and be seen" mentality. For an expensive restaurant it was very loud and dark, with a lot of middle aged people acting like college age kids trolling around the restaurant. The service... More

I took my wife on her birthday. We are calamari, caviar, two half sides and a Chardonnay cut. Too much food but amazing. We spend $270 with 2 glasses of wine and desert. I loved it. I highly recommend.

The food was terrific though not the best in Dallas. The wine list was not of the quality that I would expect in a first class steakhouse. Very limited in choice of European wines. The American ones were way overpriced. and mostly 2nd tier varieties. The place is very noisy and way too dark for my taste.

Total package. Atmosphere, service, menu, food quality, wine list, everything!! The meat cuts were superb and had equally superb prices. There were four of us, and we all had a different entree. We shared and we all loved each other's food as well. The sides are very large, and the cake servings are too. Our server was so fun and... More
