Small neighborhood restaurant serving great food at great prices

Nothing fancy here, their focus is on great tasting dishes. Come during the week and there is no waiting, weekends call to make a reservation. We've tried almost all their selections and we can honestly say you can't make a mistake on anything you order. The service is as good as the food.

Our food was wonderful, but we did not at all like the new decor. They have changed the former warm, cozy atmosphere for one that is cold and sterile, clinical-like with bare grey walls, and white contemporary chairs and banquette. In addition to that, the lighting was way too bright; surely they have a dimmer switch that could adjust it.... More

Small bistro style neighborhood gem in an anonymous shopping area that puts out great food at reasonable prices with attentive service. $25 dollar corkage if you want to bring your own wine, nice by the glass list and if you want "just a touch more" you can buy a half glass.

It’s a shame that restauranteurs “dumb down” their operations to handle the rush of Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and New Year’s Eve. Their customers on these special nights experience something less than the vaunted food and service they read about on sites such as this. Instead, they get fewer choices, lesser service and a sub-standard experience. Such was our Valentine’s... More

My wife and I have been going to Suze for many years and the food is always high quality. Chef owner Gilbert Garza is a wonderful person and creative chef. The menu is straight forward and the best of everything. The beef tenderloin (star anise) is the best, as is the salmon and the trout. Equally enjoyable is the staff.... More

We stopped in without a reservation, but were able to get a table. It had been a couple of years since we had been here. Our waitress, tara, was excellent. She was great at recommending menu items. We had wine and beer. Good wine selection. Lots of people brought their own wine--I think the corkage fee is $25. We started... More

Enjoyed great food and service once again! Party of 8 enjoyed a tremendous meal during the holiday. Service was exceptional with our waiter making a special salad, not on the menu, for one of my guests. All our entrees were fantastic, on time with right spacing between the starter. Anything we asked for was provided with no hesitation. We brought... More

This restaurant has apparently changed management several times. We ate there 12/24 and were stunned by the grossly over priced wines; one expects a mark up but I estim 4-5 mark up ?. The food was good, limited menu ( appetizers and desserts )but the grossly over priced wines equaled a real turn off. On top of that, restaurant was... More

We have been to this restaurant twice this month because the first visit was so amazing. I have been in the past but was really blown away by the food recently. We went with a couple who likes to bring their own wine which was lots of fun because they let you do that here.I started with a great salad... More

If you have a flight from Love Field and want to catch an upscale dinner, this is a good place to go. Decked out romantically, the food is very good and there is a great wine list and bar. You can't see the place from the street. It's tucked in a shopping center next to an Albertson's supermarket. On my... More
