I took my wife on our 15 Anniversary escape from St Louis to Dallas. Went to The French Room after our concierge highly Recommended this restaurant. First look, Amazing room with barrel vaulted ceilings very reminiscent of Italian Renaissance era. The Service and Staff were very knowledgeable about the entire menu. Our waiter was animated and calculated with his comments,... More

I had my first experience at the French Room 2 years ago when we came down for the FCS championship game and have been dying to go back ever since. So booked it as soon as we knew we were in the playoffs again. Took my niece with for her graduation present and my parents for their anniversary. So fun... More

I visited the French Room for dinner with my partner and parents for New Year's Eve and feel compelled to write a review. Perhaps NYE did not showcase the restaurant in the best light and we were ordering from a set menu rather than a la carte. -my party felt extremely rushed. As mentioned in previous reviews, waiters tried to... More

The first two appetizers were great but the entree lacked salt. The waiter was ok but kept asking if I was done. I'm pretty sure I know how to lay my fork to signal that I am done. We had originally wanted the chefs tasting menu but were told it was not available due to food shortage. It was a... More

Once again the French Room did not disapoint. We go for our Anniversary every year and it is great to know that expectations will be met. Mr. Donohue and the whole staff are just a pleasure.
