The Grape is an excellent, established neighborhood-based American Bistro. The food is superb, the staff thoroughly professional, and the restaurant has several seating areas with different vibes. Reservations highly recommended, but it would still be great even if you had to eat at the bar. I can't say enough about this wonderful, long-established restaurant. It's our favorite Dallas comfort spot.... More

I've been here for both brunch and dinner. DINNER We arrived at 6:30pm on a Friday night and sat on the patio to take advantage of their half-priced glasses of select wine. They serve good wine, so this is a good deal. The patio is also very quaint. Started with the chicken-fried oysters. They were ok - nothing particularly special... More

Nice, cozy bistro atmosphere... Just like being in Europe. Good place for a romantic getaway in sterile Dallas.

The Grape has been around for 40 years...a little neighborhood bistro set amongst the hip and happening pubs and clubs of lower Greenville Ave. in Dallas. Its great wine list and ever-evolving menu feature an exceptional variety of offerings...nice for happy hour, nice for a romantic dinner. And here's the twist...doesn't seem like the kind of place that would even... More

Our anniversary fell on a weeknight, so we had a weekend celebration earlier in the month and ate at The Grape the night of our anniversary. We had a wonderful evening and the food was excellent. The service is superb and they go out of their way to make your special time extra special.

Very enjoyable dining experience. Drinks were well made, the cheese and charcuterie appetizer was perfect and both of our entrees were fantastic. The seasonal dessert was a great finish to the night. The service was very good and our waiter made several good recommendations from the menu. Really nothing not to love about this place over a 2 hour dining... More

One of my favorite restaurants in Dallas! It's the only place I will order seafood in town because they usually have a "Gulf" offering that never disappoints. Everyone in our party ordered the Redfish special and there was not a morsel of food left on any plate. In previous visits I've ordered the steak frites and again best ever!! Service... More

The food here was quite good. Went there for brunch on a Sunday. I wasn't aware that brunch ended at 2 pm, but that didn't matter. I enjoyed the food and mimosas. It is best to have a reservation especially on a Sunday as they were quite crowded!

Food was good, service not so much. I don't think I would recommend this place to friends. Wasn't impressed.

We sat on the patio last night for their extended happy hour. Half priced wine by the glass as well as some of their appetizer deals. We had great service and the food was all very good. Best mussels we'd had in a long time, we highly recommend them. Goat cheese ice cream was surprisingly delicious as well. We'll be... More
