Classic American/French bistro!

Service and food consistently good through the years. Brunch or dinner both are an experience! We like dining in the original dining room or on nice days out on the patio.

The Grape has been serving great food for almost 40 years on Lower Greenville Avenue in Dallas. The Sunday brunch features an outstanding burger, but they have many great dishes then as well as at dinner. We've been eating there for almost 40 years and have never had a bad meal.

We selected this restaurant because of their wine selection. The food was delicious as well and service was excellent. My companion and I shared an entree which was apportioned in the kitchen. Our final selection of wine was a 2012 Truchard Pinor Noir which was a perfect pairing with the beef tenderloin. Sauce on the beef was superb, well-seasoned. Their... More

It is tiny, and you will be close to your neighbors, but the food is very good and the ambiance is nice. There is nothing cookie-cutter or chain about it. The people who run it seem to like what they are doing. You will like it!

We just celebrated our 13th anniversary here. Everything was great! Quail appetizer was amazing! I had the Salmon, which was great! We shared the strawberry shortcake and all I can say about that was little bites of greatness!!! Waitress was very sweet. Will be back!

This was my first time going to The Grape. Everything from start to finish was beyond amazing. First of all the restaurant offers complimentary valet parking, the valet staff greets you so kindly, which I really do like that. Next our hostess was very friendly and had us wait at the bar area for a bit since it was very... More

They say it, and they mean it. I think you can only order the burger during brunch on Sundays....it is absolutely delicious. I also recommend the pull aparts (like a sticky bun) ....wow.

Atmosphere is upbeat and busy as expected of the area. We had reservations and the table was available shortly after arrival. We were seated by the entrance, slightly disappointing, as it was very noisy and being very pregnant I was not thrilled with my chair being hit a few times. We ordered the smoked trout to start; it was so... More

We met a friend at The Grape for dinner while visiting Dallas. The ambience was very warm and comfortable. Two of our party had the burger which was available on the Tuesday night we ate there. The burger was excellent, one of the most flavorful ever tasted.- bacon and blue cheese- how could you go wrong with that combo!! Also... More

My wife and I have been coming to The Grape for 25+ years. Now we are introducing it to our grown children! It had been quite a while since we had visited here. On this particular Sunday night we enjoyed dinner with our son and his girlfriend. I am happy to report that The Grape is as great as we... More
