I was invited to a business dinner at Del Frisco's and was very pleased by the experience. The experience was similar to many other high end steakhouses (Gibsons, Mortons, Smith & Wolensky) but the execution at Del Frisco's was top notch. The food selection, and pricing, is on par with what you'd expect from a quality steakhouse. A variety of... More

When looking for a great steak house I have 3 standards. Wet or dry aged steaks, 1800° degree steak broiler, serviced on a hot plate during dining. If a steak house offers these options then you know this will be worth your time and money! Recommendation: Bone-n-Ribeye for optimal flavor cooked medium Pittsburgh style to obtain a great crust.

We are regulars at Del Frisco's Dallas and in any city where one exists while traveling. Service is always unparalleled and the steak is outstanding. We are cattle ranchers and very particular about the grade and cut of our steak. The quality is always wonderful. My husband and I like our steaks cooked quite differently and they almost always get... More

This place delivers exactly what I want in a true steakhouse. Yes, it is costly, but you're getting what you paid for and what do you really expect? All of the recommendations were spot-on including an excellent bottle of wine. The crab cake was very good, but our favorite app was the blue cheese wedge (best I've had). My porterhouse... More

I had an off-the-menu whitefish (can't tell you the name -I had never heard of it!). It was good, but nothing particularly special. They served two extremely small, thin filets, served with 4 or 5 halved cherry tomatoes in a nice sauce. It seemed over-priced at $39. My wife had the meatloaf. A much more generous portion for $19, with... More

This upscale, two story, casual dinning restaurant, delivered on all levels. The energy when you walk into the restaurant is palatable. The main floor has a chic decor, dominated by an large oval bar, with dinning tables and booths strategically located throughout. The open kitchen, toward the back wall, wetting your appetite with servers bring fresh plated food to the... More

went with family to Del Frisco's Grill on Westheimer Road in Houston the other night. It was a nice spot with good fresh food and a very accommodating staff. We started with a flat bread that we shared, and then I had a wedge salad. Others got tacos, soup, etc. My salad was really good, and the tuna tacos were... More
