We believe the best steaks come from the best cut and quality. That's why we get all of our beef fresh from renowned beef purveyors, Allen Brothers. Each cut is corn and grain fed USDA Prime steak that our chef handpicks. Each steak is aged for a minimum of 28 days for a perfectly tender, juicy bite every time. It is our goal to give you a great meal every time you join us for lunch or dinner. We update our menu twice a year so each time you dine with us you experience fresh flavors that go with every season.

What a great choice. We were in Dallas on business and the hotel concierge recommended two steakhouses. We chose this one. We chose wisely. First, you can get there by taxi. Thursday evening 1/28/2016, table booked well in advance. Great steak and good service but to maximize their profit the restaurant had crammed an extra very long table in. So the refined atmosphere portrayed on their website was ruined by an overcrowded dining area where our seats were continually bumped into by the waiters who were struggling to get through the... We ate here a couple of nights ago and had a very good experience. I had their special lamb chops and my wife had halibut. Both were delicious and prepared to perfection. The drinks are great and the salads are too. We ate a little early and happy hour was still in progress which added to the terrific atmosphere of... More

We walked over one evening from a nearby downtown hotel. I have driving by many times, so I was excited to try it. The staff was friendly, the food was amazing and the outside patio was really unique. We had the filet, mac & cheese and ice cream.

Went in splurge the allocated budget for the year from office. Food was great, the location, the parking and the ambience was something that will bring me to Dakotas again and again. I had seared salmon with broccolini and roasted potatoes. It was delicious. I'll probably take my wife there next time we go out on a date for dinner.

I am alone sitting at the bar. The food/wine experience is my sole focus. Happy hour, at $4 BV coastal is a steal. The bartender is business like, alouf as am excuse but also busy. Wedge salad is simple but the generous squares of bacon sprinklings are a lean smoked phenomena plus all the fresh heritage tomatoes and lovely blue... More

Dakota's has never been a disappointment. Service is consistently and good as the menu offerings. It's a favorite of mine for a leisurely lunch with friends and, with most menu items in the $15-$20 range, it's a value for a very satisfying meal. I've never felt hurried nor neglected by the staff. Reservations not necessary, but I always book --... More

What's unique is the location. It's underground. The only thing at street level is a valet stand and an elevator to take you below ground. Part of the restaurant is inside, and part is open-air, which we enjoyed. There's a nice water fountain and trees, and you can even hear birds chirping. The food was good, but not as great... More
