Good steakhouse with great sides

I wanted to love this restaurant. I liked that you take an elevator to go down to the restaurant. The steak was very disappointing. I shared the 22 ounce bone in ribeye and was expecting greatness but this was not it. That being said, the corn was fabulous and I also greatly enjoyed the burrata and... read more

The good things first. Service was attentive. The calamari was tasty. The iceberg wedge was just what you'd expect. One of my business associate's had the signature cut lamb and it was worth every penny. A well-marbled cut that made the lamb unbelievably moist and tender. (Plus it was a true Texas-sized portion. Huge). The truffle mac and cheese was a... More

I've been to Dakota's on several occasions & have never had a bad experience. The entire experience has been beyond amazing. The host are very friendly & get you to your table on time, the waiters are so friendly & helpful, I love them all. And don't get me started on the food..... WOW.... It's so orgasmically delicious. Delicious steak, sides are very generous, so make sure you don't order too much. Service was a little slow, we were surprised as the restaurant wasn't that busy. Overall a very good experience

We enjoyed our visit to Dakota steak house. We shared a bone-in Filet, and a salad - it was a great meal and we really enjoyed ourselves. People watching was also fun as there were a lot of business groups in there also.

Best Fillet on the bone in town, good wine. Massive texas portioned sides, must try the macaroni cheese and the vegetable tempuras. Slightly over-priced, Impeccable. I would definitely revisit when I am back in town.

This is by far, one of our top five restaurants in the world. The restaurant is underground, with one glass wall that looks out onto a patio with outdoor dining, a fireplace and a water wall. Dining indoors or out is exceptional. A pianist plays beautiful music in the background and sets the mood in the room. Oscar, our favorite... More

I had the Cowbow Ribeye and my friend had their "special" lamb cut. The ribeye was ok, but not spectacular. I liked Perry's better. My friend was not too impressed with the lamb, it was an odd cut and difficult to cut and eat. It wasn't ribs, but more like a central cut with an odd shaped bone. I ordered... More

We went to Dakota's for my son's birthday and had an outstanding experience! Everyone was very attentive and our waiter Sergio was the absolute best! The ambiance was great, we sat on the patio by the waterfall and it was perfect. The food was great, steaks, lobster, oysters, wedge salad, french fries, baked potato, everything was outstanding! At the end... More

First I love Lamb and I had the best Lamb the other night at Dakota's that I have ever eaten. I gave three others a piece and they agreed. Having said that everyone loved what they ordered. The service was great, the wine list was good. Awesome evening of dining. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
