Excellent!

We were in search of a restaurant that we couldn't find and are rather glad! Blue Goose was excellent! Warm tortilla chips with salsa. Delicious fajitas with homemade quesadillas. Our four young kids enjoyed their meals and the ambiance. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Of course it is Mexican food, and Dallas is replete with offerings in that area. The salsa, while a little hot for my taste, was very good. The freshly made tortillas are a nice plus. I had the brisket tacos, and they were very good. My wife had soup and shrimp, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Has a little more of... More

The food and drinks were wonderful. The fresh flour tortillas were outstanding. Service was wonderful and pleasant.

There were several large groups of that were loud and in various stages of intoxication. The language was rough. The service was very slow, we sat for 35 minutes enduring this atmosphere before anyone offered to get us drinks. The food was good but not worth the rest of it.

Have been eating regularly at the Goose for 30 years this month. The fact that the place has been around for 31 years should tell you a lot. Consistently good food in a relaxed, funky restaurant. Strong house margaritas. Watch out, they sneak up on you. Especially delightful: $2 Tuesday with $2 margaritas, and $3 Thursday with $3 ritas, beer,... More

After a long flight into Dallas, delay/misunderstanding at rental car center, miserable wet drive across town, unmade hotel room, my significant other was at her wits end. How to put a tough start to a trip behind, and remainder of the trip back on a happier track; drive down to The Blue Goose Cantina, sip the best margaritas available, and... More

After 20 years, we returned to our home Dallas and spent Cinco de mayo at The Blue Goose. Needless to say the food and service are still fantastic. Great place.

I am going with this restaurant is mismanaged as other Blue Goose dining experiences have been great. The staff seems untrained. The hosted didn’t give us silverware, so when the food came we had none. The waitress was too busy to refill drinks or get silverware. We asked another employee for help and she replied, “Do you know where your... More

If I could put in decimals this would be a 4.25 out of five. Loved the hot sauce. San Antonio sauce. All else was 4.25 and a little over price due to the high rent area we were in.
