Slim Pickins In Terminal E

We had a short layover in Dallas this week and unfortunately if you want to sit down in terminal E, the pickings are slim. My true recommendation would be to take the free tram between terminals and find food elsewhere. TGI Friday's seem the same the world over, adequate food at an adequate price... read more

In Terminal E of DFW the choices are essentially fast food or Friday’s (other choices are on the way) so I decided to stop here for lunch prior to my departure. I was seated at a clean booth right away and my server promptly took my order. The chicken strips and fries that I ordered were served quickly, piping hot... More

I had a veggie omlete and was impressed with the quality of food. The vegetables were all fresh and the eggs perfect. At a price around $7, i thought it was a great value too. The side of multigrain toast was thick and i really enjoyed th e fresh strawberries on the side. The side of bacon was inexpensive at... More

Had a chance to visit this restaurant for breakfast while waiting for a flight. I do want to confirm that this is the one in Terminal E. The waiter was great and the only reason I have not made this 2 stars. Ordered the Fridays Egg Breakfast - which first of all is scrambled only - which I was fine... More

Very good service, prompt. Very large plates, just not very large portions of food. Pricy. I had the wedge salad with bbq chicken and broccoli. No bread or crackers served with the salad or main course. The menu said something about 2 chicken breasts. It was more like 2 chicken strips. Courteous staff.

The server took our order but it took forever to get our food. We were afraid that we would be late to our flight. I had the broccoli cheese soup and I found something black floating in it. I didn't even get to eat it. The server barely stopped by our table so I couldn't complain even if I wanted... More

I stopped in here for lunch on a Sunday morning before a business trip. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a beer. Burger was prepared perfectly with crispy bacon just like I request—I find floppy, see-through bacon disgusting. Got a couple beers while waiting, too, and they were cold and quite reasonable on cost. I rarely fly out of out Terminal... More

Obviously everyone knows you have very limited choices when you're trying to eat in an airport. We chose to eat here over fast food thinking it would be a little better, but in reality TGI Friday's is pretty much just 'fancy' fast food. We had pretty poor, slow service so I wouldn't eat here if you think you might be... More

You cannot expect to eat top quality food at an airport. Eating here was better than McDonald's with their comfortable seats, free coffee refills and servers. The menu is limited but it can satisfy early morning travelers.

Food was ok, however, I was seated in a section where the waitress literally stood by my table most of the time. She was pretty much rushing me to eat and leave. Then a coworker of mine arrived and sat at another table, she was clearly upset when all he wanted to do was eat. She never asked if I... More
