I did a decent amount of research for the best steak in Dallas, and Bob's name kept coming up. The steaks were cooked perfectly, nicely spiced, and cut like butter. The glazed full carrot was a unique side as well. I liked the dark wood interior, however the TV's in the corners did not seem to fit with the atmosphere... More

I went last night on a business diner and it is a place for meat lovers. From the New York Strip to the Tomahawk Wagu beef, it should suit anyone who has a big appetite. The smallest steak is 12oz (340gr) and the Wagu beef goes up to 28oz (793gr), even if there is a bone, it feels like having... More

Very busy, but reservations got us in quickly. Parking is a mess, so plan an valet! Dinner was exceptional, service and food were very top notch!

After moving to Dallas, we expeditiously made plans to eat at the famed Bob's, which is right down the street from our new place. I'll get right down to the meat of it: The steak was average at best. Neither mine nor my husband's was cooked correctly. Mine, ordered medium (as always), was medium rare AT MOST. My husband, who... More

We had the crab cakes to start. I'm from the Gulf Coast and these were great. I had a special of the day; Chilean Sea Bass with new potatoes. Both were cooked to perfection. My salad was a simple chopped romaine with finely chopped pecans and blue cheese. Delicious. And if course, excellent martinis. We arrived a little early, went... More

Old-fashioned steak house with dark wood paneling, kind of dark. Excellent service. Extensive selection of steaks, plus some other meats. Fairly expensive ($40 and up for a steak) but worth every penny as the steak was incredible. Absolutely delicious. I rarely eat beef but I will eat a steak when I go to Texas as their beef is so good,... More

We arrived an hour before our reservation hoping to either be seated early or maybe hang out at the bar. They very graciously found us a table. We had the best steaks and carrot ever, we also enjoyed the table pickle. Because it was our anniversary we received a complimentary dessert, very nice but I would not recommend the chocolate...
