This is a must for me when I get anywhere near or south of Dallas. I have eaten the Pappadeaux in Houston several, several times. However, i have never been to the one in Dallas. Finally took my family on our last family vacation... wasn’t disappointed. Pappadeaux is a little pricey but has a good environment and very good food.... More

I would highly recommend this restaurant, in addition to the drinks...order to FRILLY FROG (compliments of my friend James Rochelle)....it's not on the menu.....I would recommend a maxx of 2! Don't forget to try to blackened catfish with alexander or opellusas (misspelled) sauce and dirty rice....hopefully you can save room for dessert...take your pick, you can't go wrong!

Went here with a group of 10 people and the service was excellent. The oysters were a good appetizer and the shrimp brochette was an excellent entree. Our server did a great job and the banana pudding for dessert was spot on. Great restaurant

The chilled lobster and shrimp salad is delicious! It has sliced mango and avocado. A meal in itself. The house made Caesar is very very good - worth it!!!

This is some of the best seafood we've eaten! Quality is always consistent, service is attentive and quality/taste are excellent. Price for seafood platter is not cheap at about $23.00, but well worth the splurge if you are looking for excellent seafood. The other fish dishes, especially the Alexander sauce, are outstanding. One thing I like about Pappadeaux's (although it... More

Came here last minute with a group of seven, they were extremely efficient and worked us in. Service was impeccable, appetizers were quick and delicious and the main course was excellent. A touch pricey, but would definitely come here again!

Went to celebrate a wedding. Our server was very polite and tried his best but what we needed most was patience. From start to finish our dinner turned into a 2 1/2 hour event. We saw many other tables come and go as we just waited and waited and waited for our main course. I really enjoyed the fried calamari.... More

Love the etoufee. Good atmosphere. Seafood is all pretty good with reasonable prices. My kids love to go here for seafood and its loud enough where no one else is bothered.
