Huge portions is correct. I had the bacon wrapped grilled shrimp and when they said the shrimp was jumbo they weren't kidding. The bed of dirty rice was nice and spicy. All the waitstaff are friendly and attentive. I have never had a bad meal there.

I thought the Pappadeaux Restaurant where we ate was on Oak Lawn. We were there for drinks and appetizers. The oyters were very good and the dips were excellent! Pappadeaux's is always a good choice no matter where one is visiting.

I typically get the normal lobster salad w/ranch dressing. This time - i decided to order the Parmesan chicken and shrimp linguine. And OMG! Best thing I have ever eaten. I can eat this everyday. It wasn't dry at all. It was flavorful and seafood driven. I would recommend to my friends.

Huge portions. Service was excellent! Enjoyed the crab cake appetizer. Picky daughter ate & enjoyed all of her fried shrimp. Left extremely stuffed!

I don't eat here often but I have yet to be disappointed. This place is like a fancier/pricier Cajun Red Lobster. They give you fairly large quantities of food and I've always received good service. Only thing I didn't care for was that it was crowded. I'd definitely recommend calling to make a reservation if this location allows. I was... More

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen has everything from Tilapia to Norwegian Swordfish. They have great platters and everything is in great sizes- there is enough to take home. There fried fish is amazing- it comes with blue crab and calamari. The waiters were very nice. We had a waiter named Kim and she was one of the best waiters ever!!!!

This restaurant has good variety, ok price , good service and it's available in many locations across Dallas. If ever in the afar is definitely worth paying a little visit because you're guaranteed to enjoy it and have a good time.

This is a must for me when I get anywhere near or south of Dallas. I have eaten the Pappadeaux in Houston several, several times. However, i have never been to the one in Dallas. Finally took my family on our last family vacation... wasn’t disappointed. Pappadeaux is a little pricey but has a good environment and very good food.... More

I would highly recommend this restaurant, in addition to the drinks...order to FRILLY FROG (compliments of my friend James Rochelle)....it's not on the menu.....I would recommend a maxx of 2! Don't forget to try to blackened catfish with alexander or opellusas (misspelled) sauce and dirty rice....hopefully you can save room for dessert...take your pick, you can't go wrong!
