From a foodie perspective, you can get much better Central American cuisine elsewhere in Dallas. If you are looking to drink and salsa on the weekend, this is the place. Happy hour is better value for money.

Great margaritas, patio dining is always fun. Kids love the menu and I go there for the ceviche tostadas. It is one of the better ceviches you will find in the area. Tasty!
Some friends told me about Gloria's and we went on my birthday. Have to say truly surprised. Was not expecting a Mexican resturant w/the name Gloria's. But loved it. I so enjoyed the refried bean dip w/ the chips and salsa, so much better than queso. I had the nachos and it was enough to bring home and have for...

It was very good upscale TexMex and South American food. The service was excellant. There is valet parking but go early. A local who lives nearby said they will deliver. It was noisy.
Salvadoran and Tex-Mex. The chips and black bean dip were so good, and my pupusa appetizer so yummy and filling that I couldn't eat my entree and had to take it back to the hotel. The Sangria was also delicious and the tres leche cake moist and delectable. I like it so much I wanted to go back the next...

What a flavor packed experience. It started with the salsa and bean dip and continued with the guacamole dip and entree! We went for lunch and really enjoyed the explosion of flavors on our palate.
We arrived at 8PM after our arrival at DFW. On our previous visits, the place was packed, and we waited in the bar for about 30 minutes. The first time we visited this restaurant, and it was wonderful. Great salsa and warm black bean dip. I had the garlic shrimp on rice and my husband had the quail, both were delicious. We ordered fried plantains as an appetizer, and flan for the dessert, but ate too much. Highly recommend.
We went here while visiting the Bishop Arts District. It was a nice surprise. They have ample seating; great service and tasty food. It is quite affordable as well. The only complaint was that it was a bit noisy on our Friday night visit.
went here on a friday after work. good food at good prices. only issue was that i felt rushed like they were pushing me out the door. minute i finished appetizer they scooped plate. same after every course
