The hostess sat us in the corner of the outdoor patio on a pretty nice day. I had requested and waited for over 40 minutes during a slow time to be seated in the sun. I asked about it and she shrugged me off and then sent a manager over. He never made eye contact and then rolled his eyes... More

We were with a large group of family that hadn't seen some of the others for quite a few years. Service was fast, friendly, and excellent. We had made a reservation and the tables were ready when we got there, which was really nice. I had the Mesquite Chicken and was very impressed. It was a grilled chicken breast stuffed... More

We recently had the opportunity to eat at Primo's with a group of friends. Dinner got mixed reviews from the group. My daughter thought her BBQ Nachos were fabulous, but my husband's steak was over cooked. We sent it back and the subsequent dinner was much better, while mine just wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be. Also... More

I was here on a food tour. Primo's was the most accommodating as far as gluten free foods go. They made my a wonderful platter. I think the NO GF people were jealous.

Steven, the Bar manager, and Jessica one of the bartenders establish a warm, friendly and fun atmosphere. It is not a soft, quiet and reserved restaurant but is a place to go for real laughter and enjoyment. There are ample television sets around the bar and in the dining areas so any sporting event can be viewed with ease. If... More

The absolute worst shrimp tacos I've ever had in my life! The shrimp were so small I'm not even sure they could qualify as bay shrimp and they were flavorless. This place has definitely slipped in food quality...what a shame.

This was a stop on our Uptown Food Tour--well worth it! The best margaritas and our tapas sampling was absolutely delicious! I will make it a point to go back and sample more sometime soon.

McKinney Avenue is one of my favorite areas in Dallas and Primo's is one of my favorite restaurants on it. The food is always good and the Margaritas are over the top. But the very best thing is to go there on one of those gorgeous days Dallas often has and sit out on their patio. You'll be glad you... More
