A long standing favorite at The Crescent

We hadn't been to Palomino in some time so it was nice to return and be treated to a good evening. We were on our way to an event in The Arts District and Palomino is on the way. Service was good; efficient but personable. The food offerings were varied and well prepared. The decor is nice.

We met my son and his wife on mothers day at this location. We had never been before and wanted to give it a try. From the moment we arrived it was evident that they were clueless. When we were seated we gave our drink order to one person and then were told that she was not our wait staff... More

Nesled inside the Crescent Hotel commons area, I found it to be warm and comfortable, despite the construction occuring outside of the restaurant. The staff were personable and the pizza and Sauvignon Blanc a perfect companion to dining alone.

I ordered the $27 'seared sea scallops' that were supposed to be coated in asiago and something else. The rubbery texture and common flavor was more of a Gordon's fish stick experience. Our server was like a scared jack rabbit--rarely seen, and when he did appear, it wasn't long enough to actually meet your needs.

The good was good. However the LATTE is amazing and so was try creme brûlée. Bought a groupon, made a great decision. Check this place out, it's in the center of the Crescent.

This place is classy and perfect for business lunch although I love the dinner as well. Shopping at Stanley Korshak is onsight just in case you need a $2000 sweater or a $100 pair of socks.

Maytag Blue Cheese Salad was good & enough for two as first course. Steak Frites unfortunately not served with traditional jus, but still good. Crab cakes were okay with good aioli, but not crisp on outside which left a little of it somewhat mushy. Generous seafood salad with remoulade. Service was professional, but the dishes came out very slowly and... More

Frequently go here for both business and pleasure. It's at the Crescent Court, so it's a nice area of Dallas for out of towners to see. Right next to Stanley Korshak, so high fashion shopping is close by. Food is good, nothing spectacular, but reliably good. Great place to have an informal business gathering. Frequently take out of town interviewees... More

We came here for Valentine's Day and my husband made the reservation and they called him the day before and said you know this doesn't guarantee you the dining area right? He said no what does that mean? They told him the lobby or dining area. At that point it was too late to find anything else. Anyways we got... More

Was with a party of six Friday night for dinner at Palomino. We had drinks, appetizers and entrees. two of us had the maple chicken salad, which was spectacular. Others had pasta, veal and steak salad. Everyone was very pleased with their dinner. Nice atmosphere
