We picked this restaurant last year to meet and have dinner before the opera. It is delightful, with white tablecloth elegance and attentive service. Between the four of us, we have tried many of the pasta dishes, pizza, chicken and fish. The dishes are all tried and true Italian-American favorites; in other words, comfort food. We love it!

We have been coming here for 26 years--at the old location and the new one. The current is located in a lovely historical house with nice patio and good parking lot. We have always received lots of the excellent toasted bread and generally get fried calamari to start. Love getting the salad with the tomato dressing. All entrees are excellent... More

Choose the place due to some reviews and I must agree with the ones saying that this establishment has seen better days.. the house looks old, unattended and poorly decorated, the service is quite bad, almost rude, waitresses talking to the piano man and not paying attention to the very few tables at the covered terrace, the food was average,... I used to eat at the old Cremona location each week for many years. The original owner sold the business but have since eaten at this Worthington location on numerous occasions. Unfortunately, each time it seems to be less appealing. On this last visit the dining room was hot and they had noisy box fans blowing just a few feet... More

My girlfriend and I needed to get away for the night as we both had very crazy weeks and just needed time to ourselves. So I decided for us to go to Cremona since I wanted our one night getaway to be fun and romantic. And my gosh was that wish fulfilled with this restaurant! Being a lover of Italian... More

Really good Italian restaurants in Dallas are hard to find. Cremona is one of the gems which serves authentic and well done Italian food and is located in the heart of the uptown district of Dallas. I live in Dallas and I rate this one as my favorite Italian restaurant in Dallas. On standout aspect is the warm fresh garlic... More

I used to frequent Cremona quite a bit about ten years ago before their original location burned down... It was probably my favorite Italian meal in Dallas at the time.... I came back this weekend for the first time in years and was very disappointed. We had a reservation on Friday at 7:30 - but the place was a ghost... More

The owners are friendly and encourage diners of all ages, the food they produce is in the home made style. If you like plastic Olive Garden you probably wont like it here, because this place smells of good food and the staff are friendly which is huge plus!!! We have eaten here many times, sauces taste home made, pizza is... More

Good, basic food. Nothing fancy or special. But good basic food. Nice if you want some pasta, or pizza and a good salad.

We used to frequent Cremona in their old location, and thought they were just gone. We were happy to find them on Worthington Street - same great food and atmosphere and great, friendly service!
