You will love the barbeque ribs, salmon on a plank and crab cakes at this local favorite. Key lime pie is a good choice for dessert.

I've been craving the Grilled Chicken salad that is served by Houston's/Hillstone and was happy to have a chance to enjoy one last night. Everything was great - the ambiance, service, drinks and the salad. My only disappointment was the starter - Foccacia with olives. I was expecting flat bread but it was thick slices of spongy bread with 3... More

Great food, superb service and reasonably priced. Diverse menu choices, and nice beverage selection. The Famous French Did Sandwich is perhaps the best I have ever had.

He was amazing! We were standing there chatting and boom! Free French fries while we were waiting. Delicious! Everything on the menu looked great. I had ribs, fell off the bone super moist and delicious. Friends had crab cakes and pork chop. Both were delicious!! Highly recommend!

Have never had a bad meal at Hillstone. The salmon is excellent, perfectly cooked. The spaghetti squash that was served - delicious. If you go during the week do not plan to linger, it is packed. Had a birthday lunch with a friend and felt very rushed as there were many waiting to be seated. The waiter brought the check... More

Came to Dallas from Shreveport for an appointment and wanted to try different places. This restaurant is outstanding and everything, the ambiance, staff and food are wonderful. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop when we come to Dallas.

Always an amazing experience and the food is virtually perfect and consistent. Been eating at Hillstone's nee Houston's for many years and it's my favorite. You'll never have better smoked salmon, Scotish Salmon for a main or coleslaw. All good, keep it up and I'll eventually become accostomed to the new name.

Yes, this is a chain. I am not a fan of chains as when one is bad they pretty much all are, or at least that's my experience. This restaurant is such a pleasant exception, however. I started with the St. Charles Oyster appetizer. Six perfectly breaded and fried oysters topped with lemon aioli. Not too much, just a dab... More

You can't go wrong at Hillstone. For sure order the artichoke - your tastebuds will thank you! And waiter secret is that you can order an extra artichoke for the table. I often eat there only for the artichoke. If they are not available then start with the spinach dip, you will not be disappointed! Request a booth on the... More

My friend introduced me to this outstanding restaurant. The waitress service was excellent, the food was out of this world and I spent an extremely enjoyable lunchtime here. It was Friday, and very busy, but we were only enjoying our wine at the bar for five minutes before our table was available. I had a hard time choosing from the... More
