Fusion BBQ

I enjoyed Smoke. I do not think I need fusion in TX. Blue Cheese cole slaw. What? Anyway, the meet was good and the restaurant smells like they smoke meat the slow way. The wine and beer are expensive.

Great smoked turkey and pulled pork. Assortment of sauces to choose from. BBQ fries are fabulous! Service is exceptional. Kitchen was kind enough to tweak our selection ( no buns) and individually presented the toppings in separate containers.

This was some of the best BBQ I've ever had. My two friends and I ordered a few entrees and shared them. The Pulled Whole Hog and BBQ Spare ribs were out of this world. The Mac & Cheese and fingerling potatoes were amazing as well

I met friends here since some of us were visiting Dallas on the weekend. What a wonderful surprise. The food was so yummy (I had the Eggs Benedict with BBQ) and so were the Bloody Marys. Others were raving about the pancakes and the brisket. We had brunch and there was a wait, but everyone was very friendly. It's a... More

My husband and I arrived in Dallas on a Thursday night at 5:20 pm so we didn't want to make dinner reservations because you never know what could happen with the flight. I read a recommendation for Smoke on the Fodor's Forum for BBQ so I went to the website to check it out and it looked good. They didn't... More

We had an early evening dinner and went with the small plate portion of the menu. Service by Derek was excellent. We tried the smoked sausage, roasted oysters, grilled shrimp, pimento cheese croquettes, and the foie gras chicken liver pate plates. All were quite good- the croquettes, the oysters, and the smoked PORK sausage were exceptional. Look forward to returning... More

Went last Saturday night with a party of 10 for our son's engagement and the food and service was excellent. Very innovative dishes. The big Rib was very good and was shared between two of us after appetizers. All of the dishes were outside of the norm...ex: the pulled pork was a pullled pork sandwich with a small rack of... We had the ribs and the brisket and it was very good. I like a lot of smoke in the meat and it was perfect. It had a good rub and sauce.

I attended along with a larger party, we sat indoors, there was enough snow outdoors to make sitting outdoors an untenable proposition though i could see it being pretty vibey in the summer! The exterior is unassuming but inside it is warm and inviting. Staff are knowledgable and attentive and there is a good variety of beer available. As a... More

The style of this place is not typical Texas bbq. They have matched meats and sides, instead of choosing a meat and sides as one pleases. My daughter had the cabrito in masa, which was good but the portion small. I had a combo of ribs, pulled pork, and beans. The ribs okay, the pulled pork mushy, and the beans... More
