Great food, "unusual" location

Great Korean food. Fun to watch native-Koreans eat here. Gusto is an understatement. Authentic and really great traditional Korean dishes. Scary neighborhood. While better today than 20 years ago ... But, advise going in the daytime. Skip the table-top BBQ. Their seafood dishes are a genuine... read more

We've been going to this place for 20 yrs. Always great food! If you see natives eating there all these years, you know the place is legit.🍱

Where to begin? If you are a dabbler in Korean food or a knowledgeable foodie of Korean cuisine or if you simply just like trying new foods, PLEASE try Korea House. Portions are large and meant to be shared, though I've had a few dishes that were so good, I couldn't help but eat most of it myself. I have... More

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The first thing someone in our group mentioned was the "high prices." Having cooked Korean food all of my life, I mentioned the long hours put into preparing Korean meals. Our group ordered chicken bulgogi, beef bulgogi and ribs. Everything, including the banchan,... While staying in the area, we decided to try Korea House. We loved the food and the service and could find nothing to complain about, a rare thing. Our service was fast and friendly with no language problems. Our group shared a number of entrees family style and found them to be very flavorful and good sized portions. There were... More

But, advise going in the daytime. Skip the table-top BBQ. Their seafood dishes are a genuine step-above. Surprisingly good sushi & sashimi - both fresh as can be.

I come here all the time. My dad has been eating here for 20 years. The waitress is very friendly. She remembers just about everyone. We usually order the same thing Everytime we go in, dak gui and a small bottle of wine. She doesn't even have to ask anymore. They greet you in Korean and teach you some of... More

We are not very experienced in Korean cuisine so our server suggested the sampler dinner for two. They brought out 14 plates! Tried things I have never had before. It was delicious and only $47.99. Great value.

My wife and I like Korean Food and even fix some dishes at home. We had a business meeting here that served the gut splitting 15 course traditional Korean Dinner. The dinner comes with choices for different main dishes. We had the Galbi Jungsik which is Beef Short Ribs. Each course is so good that you have to not eat... More

Drove by this place on my way to airport and decided to stop by. I live in NJ and am pretty familiar with Korean food. I ordered the spicy cold noodle as an appetizer. I liked it. For entree, I ordered the grilled mackerel fish, which is a staple dish in north Asia. They served three decent sized fish and... More

A Korean-American friend of mine told me Korea House is a good place to get good Korean food. I've been a couple times only, and each time it has been just ok. But full disclaimer, I'm not a Korean food connoisseur and haven't been exposed to much of it like I have other Asian foods. The service is very friendly... More
