With no doubt way better than newer Souk at trynity groves, this is real moroccan.. The host make you feel welcome and takes time to explain eache specialty, even bringing samples.. Do not miss phyllos and fish cous cous , so rich! Dinner for 2 including cocktails was 60$, not too bad at all

I was taken here by friends who are frequent diners. I let them choose and was not disappointed! The food was excellent and the service typical of Middle East. Fast and efficient. We started with a meze type platter (hummus, egg plant etc.) went on to tahine and then finished up with their version of baklava. I would recommend it... More

we split the grilled tenderloin brochette as well as smoked eggplant spread and hummus on homemade (?) pita. they were quite excellent: flavorful and fresh. we also split an entree of seafood pastilla. although the phyllo wrapper was flaky, the filling was bland except for the "fishiness" (seafood dish should not be fishy if it is prepared w fresh fish).... My wife and I were casting about for a restaurant to go to prior to the Paul Simon/Sting concert and found this place. Note that this place is quite small so reservations are a must before big event at AAC. We got lucky and snagged one of the last tables available at 5:45. As I said we had not had... More

Stopped in here for a cocktail and a few bites before heading to the Stars game. The Pine-Honey Tea was amazing. I wanted to drink more but didn't want to get sloppy before the game. My husband had a very nice glass of red. The food was excellent and the service was great. Unfortunately we weren't very hungry so we... More

I was in Dallas for a convention and went to Medina for dinner with a friend. We were enchanted by the decor, lighting, music and ambience. The service was par excellence - warm, attentive and truly welcoming. The menu is great, the cocktails fantastic - mint tea martini was awesome! The owner came over and chatted about Morocco, his home... More

Usually Moroccan food in the US is disappointing - this certainly wasn't . Well thought out menu with interesting options and perfect service. No rushing the customer here. Perfect for a pre game meal prior to hitting American Airlines Arena. Moroccan wine a nice addition as well!

It was a Friday night when we went to dine here. The restaurant was full inside but no staff even acknowledged us. We finally caught the attention of a waiter and asked to be seated outside. We were seated and then ignored. No cutlery, drinks, menu.... When a waiter finally took I drink order she then passed us to another... More

The owner, Sam, is from Marrakesh, so know up front that this place is legit. He traveled all over Morocco and studied the food and cooking methods, only bringing the best ones to his restaurant. I know all this because he sat with my wife and I and chatted for about 10 minutes. Great guy. I've been to Morocco and... More

Honestly all plate are finely seasoned, not too strong, but flavorful. Even better than eating in Restaurant in Morocco a few years ago I visited. The key is this complex seasining, which brings the natural good taste of vegetable, good decent flavor in couscous, and gives savory flavor and a little kick in Pizzas. The finness and complex of those... More
