Greatest Middle Eastern food on Dallas

The tangines--lamb or sea bass--are hard to beat. Great wines from Morocco. One if our favorite restaurants in Dallas.

Five of us visited on a Saturday night after a Mavericks game started and the place cleared out. All the specialty drinks we tried were excellent. The Marrakesh Mint Tea Martini and Med-Rim Margarita were tasty and not too sweet, while the Arabesque and Pomecello Martini were on the sweet side as noted in the Menu. Started with the mixed... I got stuck in Dallas cause of flight cancellations. Freezing and starving, I started driving around and came here. They offered me hot mint tea to warm me up and then came the food. They had a brunch menu which included three courses for $21. The portions were average but the quality was really good. When I came I was... More

Although a little difficult to find and park this tiny Moroccan cafe is well worth the extra effort. The music and decor with the wood burning oven in the background take you on a Magic Carpet ride to great food and relaxation. The owners playlist sets a authentic mood along with speciality cocktails that are unusual and delish..... I had... More

We called last minute and they held a seat at the bar for us. Looking through the menu it was hard to decide what to order- we could have tried all the apps. We asked the difference between two dips and ordered the roast pepper/Tomato and the server brought a small sample of the one we didn't order for us... More

Visiting Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday and our family hosts met us at Medina Oven in the heart of Victory Park in downtown Dallas. This restaurant features Moroccan-Mediterranean Cuisine and embraces a warm European culture of community. It was a is a lively, dining experience with lots of laughter and a superb wait staff. We really enjoyed our time. We'll... More

My wife and I were in the area for a show and could not get a seat somewhere else, so we wandered and came across this place. A great find we plan to eat at again. The food is excellent. The best cous cous I ate was here. I think the secret is butter :)

Had a business dinner here. The staff was excellent!!! The dinner portions were a bit on the small side. I had the lamb chops and they were good. I asked for a Tito's vodka on the rocks and they had no Tito's. This is Texas and no Tito's? No biggie but I thought it strange. Nice to have different cuisine... More

This was my first time eating Moroccan food and the cigar appetizer and sampler platter was fantastic. I had the beef tenderloin tanige and it was delicious. We tried most of the sexy drink section and all of them were great and very smooth. I didn't like the fact that they automatically added a 20% tip.
